I used Gexa as my electricity service provider for over a year and suddenly they started claiming that my payments were late and charging me late fees. All of my payments were mailed 10 days prior to the due date (via an online bill payment service). I called their customer service line and explained that the payments had been sent 10 days prior to the due date via an online bill payment service and they still refused to refund the late fees, blaming the US Postal Service but still charging me the late fees. Judge for yourself This place has limited parking for customers also when browsing cars the space is very limited. Barely open a car door without hitting next. Their building is a small one room shack so very little privacy to discuss your purchase and personal information. I started to take more notice of info given on the breads that Safeway sells. They have a "baked on" date and a "best before" date. Here's my problem. When a customer goes to buy a loaf of bread and sees that there is a bakery in the store, they assume that the bread is fresh, baked that day. Especially if the price for the bread is the same. My mom has worked for this Motel for over 20 years. She has never once companied about going places for meetings or classes.
