Com Ed sent me a letter in the mail stating that they were charging me a second deposit for service. have had this service for over a year, it has never been turned off. The women's bathrooms were TOTALLY unacceptable. Stopped up toilets, multiple out of order stalls, no paper in over half of working stalls, not one clean toilet in the entire place. Sink area dirty as well, trash everywhere as well as overflowing from trash cans and at least one sink not working either. The manger/ our waiter charged a 18% gratity to our table. Being a server myself I understand the need of adding a gratuity to a large party. Usually when you feel you are deserving of a great tip and there are atleast 6 to 8 adults. Our party consisted of 5 adults and 2 children. One of which was an infant and the other a ten yr old. I have no problem paying a gratuity when it is well deserved. Our waiter ran by the table a couple of times and then gave us a check with his tip already on it. I was shocked. I have a ATi 4890 graphics card that I bought at Computer corporation on 24122009. On 30012010 the card started giving me problems. I took it to Computer corporation on 02022010 CRO number: 000777. I am still waiting for the card to supposedly come back. How long should I wait. I had the card for just more than a month. Fast to sell, slow to replace. Legalzoom webpage is very misleading. The Premium Package advertised at $359.00 actually cost me over $800.00! They provided no itemized bill and I had to wait unitl Monday to call. I ordered from Nature's Prime on 3/26/11. On 5/18/11 after calling them 2x and being gauranteed shipment on either 5/9 or 5/16 I cancelled the order with them and Groupon. I had emailed 2 times with no response. No one was picking up email according to the notice that I got. I question how they can possibly get enough organic meats to fulfill all Groupon orders from all over the country plus their own customers. First, Mattress Giant won't take a new mattress back with tags on and mattress pad cover on it. As their return policy supposedly states that they will! The mattress isn't comfortable. I purchased a fairly expensive ellipitcal machine from Smooth Fitness last month. I paid an extra $200 for installation and the machine arrived damaged. It made a grinding noise when moving the pedals. I called Smooth and they told me to call their subcontracting company to schedule an appointment to fix it. I paid for service a year a time to save money. When I was selling my house so I gave them notice, when house sold I cancelled service. The unused months of service was to be refunded to me. First they said it takes 3 months to do a refund, when if I was starting up service they would expect immediate payment. Then after stalling for 3+ months, they still have yet to send me my refund. This company has been calling repeatedly, not saying anything, but just calling and hanging up on a continual basis. You can hear the person breathing on the line. I have asked the person to stop calling and when I do they just hang up. Then a couple of days ago I got a letter from them attempting to collect on a time barred debt.
