I ordered an O. E. M. fuel pump assembly for a 2003 Suburban. I had to talk to a real person to place the order. The part arrived one day earlier than promised, I am impressed. Dropped the tank, removed old pump to discover the pump sent has the wrong electrical connections, not even close. Call them, lots of apologies will send replacement out ASAP. A little suspicious, looked up replacement part on their site, not even close. I have Hitachi AC. The electronic circuit board of AC got damage. I called Hitachi Authorized Mechanic to solve the problem. He replaced the circuit Board with new one. He also did some soldering on circuit board. When he started the AC, the compressor of my new AC got damage due to faulty soldering on chip board. It might happened due to shortcircuit. I contracted VOIP service with Atlas Voice (now called Think Simplicity). I used their service for one full year. At the start of service I paid a refundable deposit to receive an ATA hardware device required to use the service. Upon cancellation of my service I sent the company back their hardware device. They confirmed receipt of the device but stated it took me too long to return the device and refused to refund my deposit. Do not buy investment insurance from this company especially if it is a huge policy. Since the economic blowout has hit and if you cannot pay the huge premiums, then you lose all you have paid in, which can be thousands and thousands of dollars, in my case over $34000, but a few lousey dollars. On July 11, 2005 Burdeens Jewelry replaced the battery in my 8 year old Seiko watch. It was 5 minutes until closing but they said they had time to replace it. It took just a couple of minutes. I sent a letter to RealtyTrade dated June 18 asking for refund. Letter arrived at RealtyTrade June 23, at 3:11. I was told that due to technical error, (I typed in June 18) I was in default and not entitled to refund since contract called for mail within 10 days after end of contract which was June 19, 2009. I vistied the Jennifer one hour after my sleeper sofa was delivered to complain about 4 issues. One the speical mattress i paid extra for was filthy and ink all over it, bent and not recoverable, spring to bed not callibrated to lay flat and lastly the seat cushions do not line up with the back of the sofa, there is a big gap.
