The same thing happened to me as with the previous reviewers: I put an order at the beginning of December 2010 for Christmas gifts (worth 132, 60 pounds) while the products were in stock on the website. Do not buy. It is a riffoff. I just purchased some of the product and it does not work like it did when they demostrated it at my door. The salesman were rude and really did not know alot about the product. This website is out of China and advertises "AUTHENTIC" Majestic brand baseball jerseys and other sports jerseys. I ordered a baseball jersey and upon receiving it, knew immediately that it was a fake or a cheap copy. I have been trying for over two weeks to get them to send me return information and they will not. Their website clearly states that you can return any item for any reason, but when you try and do so, they make excuses and will not offer a refund. I am VERY upset with this site. I purchased my books on monday and paid 20$ extra to have them shipped within 2-3 days. I paid extra to have them shipped for a very specific reason and they did not deliver on the day they should have. This site is an absolute disgrace. They mislead you into thinking you are buying a stretched canvas print and yet all you receiev is the print and 4 loos pieces of wood which you are expected to somehow put together yourself! This is a small amount to grumble about I know, but how they have done things has really ground my gears. I got a 3V card to purchase a game from them and credited the account with £20 to make a £19.99 purchase, ( free postage BTW ). This supplier is a fraud. Any items purchased from this supplier will not be real and you'll be lucky to have what you ordered delivered. I have been a client of Transworld Systems for 5-6 years with mediocre results. I submitted an account which was forwarded to the phase II CMS. In the meantime, the client returned to my office with an emergency medical situation and paid her bill. I informed Transworld Systems that she paid her bill. I received a bill from Transworld for 1/2 due per our contract. I spoke with several representatives at the company and told them that I did not feel that TWS had done anything to collect that payment. I have paid the bill but am pissed. Beware of the contracts. when you order from their website their order form has pre-filled out fields for additional product. You have to carefully scroll around and make sure they are all unchecked or you get the product. They offer no order confirmation before they capture and charge your credit card, so you don't see that you have inadverantly order other stuff - due to their site automatically filling it out "yes". they will refund the product price, but not S&H, which is about $15/item - a huge rip off for something coming by US postal service. read full review »

Purchased gold coins. Explained to the saleman that I was very impaired when reading numbers and that all numbers had to be verbally heard and disclosed. I mentioned real estate, 5 - 6 percent comission so I assumed it was in this range. Buried in the shipping and transaction agreement was the 29 percent negotiable commision. When I asked for the net worth of my investment after delivery it was instantly down 29% due to this commision which was front loaded and not VERBALLY disclosed as requested several times. Mike Schwartz was very rude on the phone and I was a loyal customer. I was overcharged and when I spoke to him about it he indicated that he would refund me but calls back went to voice mail and I never got anything back. Also one bottle was deformed and looked like the label was scraped off a little and the product smelled like it was old.
