Having been satisfied with our meal I decided to give them a 10% tip. I did this using my visa debit card and signed the receipt. When I checked my bank statement they had charged me $10 more than agreed. This is the secont time it has happened at an Outback restaurant so it is not a coincidence. My 9 yr old son's tooth was pulled without anaesthesia. After the dentist, Hoa Pham, administered the injection of anaesthesia, he went to take care of other patients. Avoid Hotwire. Hotwire is very misleading on hotel reservations. Star ratings are based on customer reviews. I requested a 3 star hotel and was given a hotel that is lacking amenites and rated a 2 star on other sites. When I called to complain and was repeatedly told that all reservations are final .
