First off, if you google map 'No Limit Movers, DC' You will get FIVE separate addresses and phone numbers. Sketchy point #1. They are all the same horrible company. My friend, Victor Robinson, was to have his prescription for pain medication (Oxycontin) delivered to his door. He has ankylosing spondylitis, and can't get out much. The delivery person delivered it to the wrong address, and no one is accepting responsibilty for this mistake. They didn't give him his meds, they actually gave them to someone else! I got a 24 volt cordless 4 tool combo kit for christmas little did I know that battery only lasts a little over 5 months with very light usage. when I went to purchase another battery the stores no longer carry them they are now a special order. And now after waiting 3 1/2 weeks I finally get a phone telling me that they are on back order until the end of august. I got an e-mail from Sirius about renewing my satellite radio subscription. I called the number for renewal and waited on hold for 45 minutes! Then, the line went dead and I got a dial tone. I called back at a different time and gave up after a 20 minute wait. I tried to reach their tech. support and got a recording saying "no one is available--call back." I finally left them an e-mail and someone contacted me and eventually resolved the problem. I've been a Telus customer for the better part of 12 years with the same phone number. In december of 2005 I signed up for Telus internet service. Apparently it was a 3 year contract. I cancelled the the internet service as well as my phone number when I moved residences. I had still been paying the internet charge of $34. a month but...no one had contacted me to re-connect the line to the new residence. We owned a cheep Kenmore upright. This sales guy phoned and had a spiel about the Tristar vacuum. We thought for a "prize", which we found difficult to collect on, but we heard him out. This guy was slick but he made it sound really like a good vacuum, even with a nice demonstration. I hate sales people, and this guy was good. And he got us to buy one of these little toys of his. 2 couches that were to have had a Greek key accentwere ordered, but the accent was missing. I accepted the couches because Thomasville stated that with 7-10 days they would correct the problem. Never ever buy Sirius Radio's life time membership. Once bought you don't exist. I payed $594 and have never received any service from them. For some reason my password will not access their internet radio - and they don't care - because they have my money. I have spoken several times to their customer no service and it's always "we will get back with you" but they never do. The unit is in a motorhome so it is only available when traveling and right now we are stuck at home. We were looking forward to using the internet radio but they won't turn it on for us. Cascade with dawn leaves a white residue on utensils and colored kitchen tools and metal pots. It has left residue that can't be removed. Purchased and prepaid for British Airways tickets from Flight Centre. Flight Centre stuff up bookings and failed to notify us in a timely manner of the stuff up, thus leaving an under aged child stranded in the UK. We contacted Flight Centre and requested a refund within the terms and conditions of our contract. ILD Communications is billing me every month for some sort of voice mail they say i ordered. I have tried to Call them and the repeatedly give me a confirmation number and say a credit is being issued. I have contacted my local phone company and made a complaint and they reassure me that they have blocked this charge on my bill and the currant charges will be put in dispute. I recently filed an employee application out at a Papa Johns Pizza in Memphis TN. to deliver pizza. They asked for proof of insurance and I provided it for them. I have received many calls from them regarding an open account. They claim I owe them $500. I gave them the last 4 digits of my SSN which didn't match and my address which also didn't match. Apparently, I have the same name as someone who skipped on them. I am sending them a certified letter copying our state dept of consumer affairs instructing them not to call me any more. Last time Schneider was out my iPod dock was damaged and no longer works. I had the repairman return to look at it he said they didn't do it, argued with my fiancee who saw him place the TV on the iPod connected to the dock (my room mate also saw it), and left. I called Schneider to address the issue they said that if I brought it to them they would see if they could fix it. I do not feel that I should have to deliver the dock to have this resolved.
