Stella Yee occupies a managerial position at the Torrance branch of Cathay Bank. She is a selfish individual. She has no sense of ethics and uses her position there to manipulate financial transactions in her favor at a bank that has a very low degree of security and professionalism. Why do the contractors you send out to my place always want to take money from me under the table and tell me something different every time? I bought the Mitchum Smart Solid, powder scent and used it for several weeks. One day a large chunk broke off and since chunks have fallen each and every time I use it. If you are considering buying a timeshare do NOT buy from Festiva Resorts. My husband and I own a timeshare that we bought from Equivest in 2000. In 2007, Festiva purchased Equivest and has since been trying to convert all the Equivest owners over to Festiva. My husband and I stayed at the Candlewood Suites in Bloomington/Normal IL for ISU's homecoming. We checked in on October 12, 2007. Upon check in we were advised our adjoining rooms were not available however we could have rooms across from each other. This was suitable to the other couple we were with who are elderly. I paid care credit on time every month, so I was pretty surprised when I found out that late payment charges of 29 dollars was being applied to my bill each month. I called Care Credit and they explained to me that any payments made the during the first 5 days of a month are counted as payment for the last month. Because I made each payment at the first of the month, I was penalized! I do not feel I was adequately informed of this rule. By implementing this policy, Care Credit managed to gain 87 extra dollars from me. I rented a car 09/04/07 and returned the same day. The only outside damage was a mark on the front. I always look in the trunk and around it. When I returned the car ; the rep comes out of his mouth : I got to take your deductible. I said you are crazy. He found a less than 2 inch crack under the town car's bumper. I have been having my oil changes with Valvoline since 2007. Everything was going good till they replaced a oil plug in August. They stripped it and then tried not to take liability for it. Because it wasnt on the receipt I was told by them more or less it wouldn't stand up in court. I had to take it to the dealer who had to replace the whole oil pan at 687.00!!! Lexmark x3470 - this printer is absolute garbage, DO NOT BUY...I bought one and had to replace the ink and then it said cover open when it was not. After trying to fix this for an hour or so I gave up and called Lexmark. They eventually sent me another one which I avoided using for a while and now I have had to use it. I am currently in the midst of dealing with my shipping woes from YRC. I placed an order several weeks ago which was shipped through them. No problem. TomTom is wrong on there address's here in Caseville, MI. and they admit it when you call them saying they had other complaints about it. When you ask if they will give make it right they tell you to buy the new maps which they will not guarantee are right and will not refund your money if there are not right. Map share is a joke!!! My mother in law has broken the battery door on her hearing aid is being charged 560.00 to repair it. This is minus a "170.00 building discount" because she lives in a assisted living complex. I have had x-box live for almost 3 years. I have been using the same debit card for both of my accounts. I have been working with Mediacom for the passed couple of years to resolve my ongoing issue with internet speeds. I have literally called the 800 number 60-70 times in the passed few years. I have had tech support at my home at least 12-15 times. My internet speed problem has only been fixed temporarily a couple of times. It is a constant cycle. My husband and I bought a couch, loveseat and chair set from the Barrie Bad Boys 2 months ago. This set is very unsafe as any time someone tries to get off of it, the whole couch or chair starts to tip. Ross Splitt rented a property from me in Morrison, CO. He was consitantly late on rent, and did not pay for the last two months of rent. He had to be evicted. He installed ceiling fans incorrectly and made holes in the walls and ceiling. He partially and painted the property and did a poor job. His dogs destoryed the basement by unrinating and ripping down wall coverings. He left the backyard full of a ridiculous amount of dog feces. He also left the house trashed. Do not buy accounts from accountgear.com. They are just going to give you the account for a little while let you gear it up and level it up and then they are going to reacquire it. Paypal will not give your money back in these cases. I know I have already filed a dispute and got rejected.
