I purchased Omega XL through Great Health Works in Florida. They have a money-back guarantee. My husband and I both used the product for 30 days and so no improvement. They auto shipped two more. I called and was told to ship back the empty containers. I shipped back 6 of the eight bottles. I was only refunded after much calling and only for 5 of the six bottles returned. We purchased Direct TV at Sam's Club from what we thought was a Direct TV representative instead he was a Smart Circle International employee. The package was totally misrepresented and the information given to us was a complete lie. Fortunately we called the actual Direct TV customer service in time to cancel. We were told by Direct TV we had only 24 hrs to cancel without cost. They however, would not replace our DISH satllite back on our roof. Steer clear. It appears to be a scam. read full review »

My daughter rented a tv. They called and asked for payment asked them to wait for 2 days when she got paid. This was on Thurs. Her daughter got sick and she had to take her to the ER 2 days later which was Sat. 11/24, while she was gone the manager called and spoke to my 73 year old mom with no respect. My wife and son went to Ireland on vacation, she booked a car rental with EUROPCAR through the ORBITZ website. When it was booked it stated that CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) was included in the price. When she got there to pick up the car they said that the CDW was not included and she could not get a car without it. So they canceled her reservation and made another for her at a substantially higher rate. My wife had signed for them but did not open the box before signing.Because of that Home Perfect would not do anything about it- basically saying that we had to eat the sink. Customer care is really hopeless. I got DishTV recently subscribed to MAXI package. After 20 days it blocked my MAXI channels even though I had paid for renewal in advance for 2 months. At Customer care number, none picks up. Visiting their local office provided no help to rectify the problem. The care should really be called Customer We Do not Care. I think it is a scam to sign people in and charge for the set top box and once customer is trapped, do not provide any service. AHMSI clearly has NO regard for individuals. We were ready to close on a bank-owned property that is managed by AHMSI when the latter suddenly, two days before the closing, froze assets without any clear information as to why there was a freeze, nor how long it might last. They have given absolutely no guidance as to whether or not an amend-extend can be signed so that the sale can go through. When I went to the counter to purchase my items, there were 12 people in one line and no one was in the store. Last month my light bill was $87.00.I have switched over to TXU so my last bill with reliant energy came in and it was $248.00. I have no central air so I have not turned on my window units yet. I'm a retired IBMer. Under IBM's retiree medical plan, I've been getting prescription medications from Medco for several years. Medco service is extremely error-prone, in my personal experience, and its internal information handling is remarkably inefficient. The sales person informed me that there were no more french fries available so i had to purchase two pieces loose. The next shocker was the mash and gravy!! All gravy and no mash!!! The salesman enticed us with a warranty that supposedly would cover repair or replacement on any of these goods and was good till 2009. On May 24, 2011 I brought my 2002 Grand AM to the active green and ross location at 2115 sheppard ave east. I brought my car in for a simple 24.95 oil change. During the oil change, the guy at the desk comes back into the waiting room from the garage and tells me that my brakes appear to be seized. I told him immediately that there was NOTHING wrong with my brakes. My brakes were done about a year and a half earlier, both front and back, full calipers, rotors and pads.
