FrequentFollowups.com
jordanjjj February 22, 2010
I’ve hired FrequentFollowups in order to remove some posts made by an ex employee that showed up in Google and Yahoo and they ripped me off. First they said that I need to pay $2000 dollars to have it removed, then they asked for $1000 more and still did not do anything to help my reputation. I still have those links in top positions and have not heard anything from them, they won’t return my calls or my money. Frequent Followups just ripped me off. Do not trust them. read full review »

I worked at all three corporate stores. When I first started working there I was told to fix the vehicles as if my wife were going to drive them. I thought how could a place that thinks like this have such a bad rep. Well as the years passed and I went from the store I started at to the main store the value of the company switched from customer satisfaction to the bottom line. As usual you start out with a good idea and it gets turned around by corporate greed. I went from fixing the autos to fixing what had to be fixed to sell it. The little... read full review »

Prayer Cross.com
Kim and Kelly April 21, 2011
My best friend saw a commercial for the prayer cross approx. 1 week before Christmas. She called to order and inquired as to whether it could be delivered by Christmas. The commercial was advertising a BOGO offer. Customer service told her that they could send the necklace rush delivery and it would be here in 2-3 days but she would have to pay $10.00 xtra and she would only get 1 necklace. She really wanted it for me and agreed. The cost was to be $39.95 plus $10.00, so she gave her credit card info and anxiously awaited it's arrival. It... read full review »

Geek Squad
January 16, 2007
I scheduled a Geek Squad appointment just after Christmas to set up my wireless internet connection on my Macintosh. I waited 2 weeks for appointment. When the day finally came my Geek Special Agent was an hour late. We were already off to a bad start as I left work an hour early to accommodate the appt. The Special Agent spent a total of 15 minutes making the connection as I had already set up the Airport with Apple over the phone. I was charged $169. plus tax and he was on his way. The connection worked for about an hour until the... read full review »

Dunkin Donuts Coffee
michelecr_221 June 11, 2009
The coffee tastes weak and like it is made w/dirty water. I work in a large company and quite a few people here have said it is disgusting and will not go there again. I called and told the manager the coffee was not good. We won't be going there anymore. It is gross! Don't know if a new manager or owner, but a few weeks ago there was never an issue w/their coffee. It used to be great. read full review »

Don't send money orders to individuals selling stuff on Craigslist you may never get your item bought as I did. I bought a cheap $25 Game Boy Micro and was promised it would be mailed to me before 8/2007. Never got the item. The seller was from Ocala, Florida by the way. I negotiated with the scum bag and never got what I bought. I pray someone poor stole the $25 from him and helped them out!! read full review »

Net 10 phone
donyelo March 19, 2009
I ordered a net 10 refurbished phone for $20 online. When I received it I got the message unable to charge when plugging in the wall charger. I requested to return it and was instructed to take it to Fedex and I was responsible for the shipping. I was to only use UPS or Fedex and get them the tracking number. The shipping turned out to be $11, a little more half what the phone was worth so I called back to have them send another battery. They would not send me the battery immediately but spent 40 minutes having me repeatedly remove the battery... read full review »

Select Comfort
April 23, 2007
We bought a Select Comfort bed with a 6 month deferred interest offer. If you pay on or before the 6 month period, then there's no interest. The creditor for Select Comfort is GE Money Bank. We sent them payment in full two weeks before the due date (the due date was 4/13/7 and we sent it on 4/1/7) - also, the mailing address was in the same state! Shouldn't be a problem - right? Well, GE said they received payment on 4/19/07. A GE representative told me "there's nothing we can do". The interest rate is nearly... read full review »

Greyhound
April 17, 2007
I left Phoenix, AZ Friday, April 6 2007. Arriving at Flagstaff at 3AM, the bus cleaners helped themselves to over $300 from my wallet, which had fallen onto my seat when disembarking in order for the bus to be "serviced". When I protested to staff and driver, police were summoned and told "I was drunk". First, I do not drink. I am a diabetic, and was simply extremely agitated at the indifference of the Greyhound employees at the theft of my money. Second, I was not even allowed to remain in the terminal, and escorted by said... read full review »

Did a live chat with Geek Squad. I told them what I needed done on my computer. They gave the tech the wrong info. He said he didn't know how. He took off our antivirus, charged us $170.00 and left. I put a stop payment on the check. I tried calling the local store and then the corporate office. All were extremely rude. They sent it to a collection agency. I AM ANGRY!. I had my GE microwave/range wall unit installed on February 10, 2006 and I am so unhappy. My reasons are: The oven fan comes on when you set the bake time and remains on sometimes 2 hours after you have turned it off. I know that ovens need fans but why must it stay on continuously and why must it be loud. I cannot sit in my breakfast room or talk on the phone without hearing that annoying roar. I purchased a 2004 Passat TDI in July 2005 from VW of America. Sicile June 27, 2011
Very angry with them on their auto-renewal policy. Had called them last year after their auto renewal had happened to cancel auto renewal. This year, they conveniently didn't have record and charged me the amount again. They have a no-refund policy, and the credit card company won't do anything about it... SO make sure to hang on to any "confirmation number" they give you if you cancel the service, or they will keep charging ENDLESSLY. A very poor policy, and a way to dishonestly keep stealing money from their customers. read full review »

Tripadvisor.com
November 27, 2008
The short version: Tripadvisor has a review system which allows anyone to post anything about any hotel, regardless of whether they have even stayed there. This allows all sorts of people to abuse the system. An example: a hotel was blackmailed and told that if they didn't give a former guest some money, the guest would write a false malicious review to harm the business. Tripadvisor would not take down the false review nor would they allow the hotel management to respond properly to the review. The result is that anyone reading... read full review »
