I have been smoking Marlboro Cigarettes for 14 years and the last month all the packs of Marlboro Smooths and Menthol lights in 100's have been bad. I attempted to trade in my two old cell phones, but when the company received my phones they stated that the water damage sticker was tampered with and/missing. I'm not sure if what happened to me falls under predatory lending per se but it must be consider fraud. I had a condo and loan in San Diego through Countrywide and used a Countrywide authorized loan agent to process my loan application. Very unprofessional service. Sales person did not clearly lay out my options, only the ones that would make him the most money. I had 79 million chips on poker, then got a message from zynga poker saying I have been selling chips and have multiple accounts. I have never sold chips, nor have I got multiple accounts. They took all my chips away, I have contacted them several times but to no avail. We were unfortunate enough to have our mortgage sold to EverHome, Sept., 2007. Later that month my husband, the sole provider, lost his job. We busted our butts, borrowed money, took temp. jobs to make sure that our mortgage payments were held in priority and paid by the 16th of the month. Ridiculously strict on auto inspections and then they try to cheat you out of your money. Failed me for dirty headlights and imperfect windshield wipers. I had replaced the wipers only a month prior. Re: Hyundai I bought an accent last year (accent 2006), and this year, the hyundai in Syria said that there is a problem in this car. I was scrolling through my bank statement and discovered a charge for $29.95 on December 28, 2010. I had never ordered or authorized any one to take $29.95 or any money from my account. I have tried to contact scoresense to return my money to no avail. I am tired of these things happening. Payless offers a lower cost service online for car rentals. However, once you arrive at the desk to pick-up your car they use a series of bait and switch type behaviors to add a series of add-ons. It is high pressure sales and in my case an outright lie to add additional insurance coverage and a misrepresentation of the total cost. Berkline Recliners are the worst. My recliner that I have only had for 2 years fell apart. The wood fram for the seat broke apart. All the joints where they glue it together are weakening to the point that the chair wobbles and the reclining mechanism will not close. Berkline's only solution for me is to pay their repairman to come to my house. This is only to see what is wrong not to fix anything. In our neighborhood of older homes it is common for tree roots to work their way into the sewer line. Our house has the older terra cotta sewer line and we usually need the line to be snaked every 1-2 years. Sometimes we do it ourselves, sometimes call in a service and they usually charge around $100. We called Bonney Plumbing this year and the guy tells its $150 to snake out the line. Applebees is not only ridiculous, it is a hazard to the health of its customers. They have a bar in the middle of the restaurant in which people are exhaling clouds of smoke, and then also in half of the restaurant. Then they ask you, "smoking or non-smoking?" Are you stupid?! So we are seated in a non-smoking section and then right next to us (literally only a wall with poles separates us) a couple is smoking. This is a classic bait and switch establishment. They advertise and offer for sale Warrantech extended warranties. They let you place an order and confirm your order via e-mail. When I called to confirm that they actually had the product, they said they did and that it would ship within couple days.
