I signed up and then after receiving my first shipment, called the company and canceled my requests so that I would not receive any future shipments or changes to my account. I returned the shipment and received a credit for it. However, a month later I received another box. This company is hard to reach and does not honor the requests of their customers when they which to cancel their original request for their products. I have since received two shipments and charges to my account. I can't get them to STOP. I guess the best course of action is to see if the bank can block all future invoice payments. We recently flew it Italy via Euro Fly. Our departure was supposed to leave @ 4:45 pm on 07-28-06. We started boarding at 7:00 pm, taxied to the runway at 7:30 pm. I find that the cap used for switch of the pen is faulty in design as it falls off after switching the pen off sometimes. The pen was bought two months back. I went the physician to get treatment for a sinus infection. I filled out all their paperwork with all my insurance and confidential information. I then proceeded to wait 2 hours to see the doctor and there were 2 people in the waiting room. I live in a town home Association and have been here 10 years. For several years we had a volunteer board. Our 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee air conditioning evaporator developed a leak. After getting estimates from several repair shops we found out that this has been an on going problem in Jeeps and that there hasn't been a recall for this problem from the manufacturer. This repair is very expensive to repair. We paid the Jeep dealership in Merritt Island, Florida over $750.00 to get this fixed. This dealerhip also told us that a recall should have been issued for this defect but never was. I have a transaction on my debit card for AOL qstore I never pay for anything on the net therefore my number can't have been downloaded,also this transaction has caused my bank to freeze my account resulting in charges for unpaid bills to which I will have to go through the hassle of reclaiming, I would not have known though had it not been for my banks good management. The contract with Touch of Class Construction, Inc. was signed on May 23, 2005. The sales representative presented himself as the nephew of the owner of company. This turned out to be untrue. I have sent numerous complaints to Kohl’s (Eagan, MN) customer service and also have called the store manager directly, but the problem of items ringing up at prices higher than advertised continues. They constantly place incorrect signs on products, so when customers get to check out, they are paying much higher than the sign indicates. The stainless steel Maytag refrigerator is a very expensive refrigerator that will look great for about a month. The stainless steel doors are so soft that they dent like butter. I have had DSL Service for over a year with Sisna DSL. The actual DSL Service was pretty good, but I found another DSL ISP for much cheaper. I called Sisna DSL to inquire about canceling service and that I was going to cancel service when I fulfilled my 1 year obligation. On May 10, 2006 I purchased a ViewSonic VX922 LCD monitor from NewEgg.com. The monitor arrived in a couple of days, where it worked fine with only one dead pixel. I just purchased a brand new side by side whirlpool refrigerator with ice maker in the door and water. All is well with the water and ice, but at almost 3 weeks, yes WEEKS my compressor is shot. We took our new 2005 Saturn relay to the dealership for an oil change. We live 3 1/2 hours away in a small town in the mountains. On the way home it wouldn't drive any faster than 45 mph. We arrived home late that night. Next day when I backed out of the garage I saw oil on the garage floor. I called Saturn and they advised me to take it to a garage in our town. We did.
