I bought a new computer from Tesco on September 26th, 2006 and set it up, only to find the keyboard was broken. I had to use my old keyboard to set the computer up as I needed it for business, and took the keyboard back to the shop today for a replacement. The woman at Customer Services told me I needed to dismantle the WHOLE computer and take it back to the store. Web companies such as Doubleclick.net and Affiliatetarget.com are desteuctive advertisers who attach to any web address you are searching. I have been unable to surf the net safely without having my viewing content destroyed and disrupted. These companies do not have the right and freedom to destroy people's viewing content. My son did not have any money on him, so he called me collect, every day, till he was released from the hospital and I was able to drive out to get him. I was charged an out rages price for collect calls. 1 minute cost $8.95m 5 minutes cost $13.55, 22 minutes cost $33.10. My total bill was $442.60 from 9/06 to 9/16. Instead, they suggested contacting departments that had nothing to do with the concern, overcharged for services not rendered, and avoided solving the problem by taking you through red tape. I bought a used car with a then 5-month old Die Hard Gold battery and after cleaning the battery terminal 3 times in as many months, I found a crack in the case emanating from the battery post. Last August 2005 I purchased an HP Pavilion 2000ze on line for approx. $1,200 and even convinced a friend of mine to order the same. I am using Nokia 9500 which had some problem and I took the same to the Nokia Care run by HCL in Sector 2 of Noida. Till now I am given dates to collect my handset but when I used to reach there, the response was same "After 2 days". After a weak I was told that the repairmen can cost up to Rs. 30,000. Hello. I bought a Motorola two-line expandable phone, plus two additional handsets. The reception is so bad it’s virtually unusable. When I called Motorola’s customer service department to complain, I had to keep repeating myself because of the bad reception. Their only solution was to send me a new phone system. All I wanted to do was order the auto cool for the car. They continually advertised freebies and additional purchases that I was not interested in. You could not do anything to stop them and go on and complete your order. I finally hung up. I have no idea if the order went through or if I'm going to receive what I ordered. My daughter had joined on a Saturday to lose 12 pounds (which was not needed). We called later that day but they were not there. They are closed on Sunday's. We went back on Monday to cancel at Springfield, PA center. They said she would probably not get $149.00 back because that was for medical history which includes taking blood pressure and weighing. I volunteer as an EMT and it takes about a minute to do both things. We got a check for $63 because she gave $212. Many 2002-2004 Polaris Virage and Gensis watercraft have warped hoods. The warp occurs in the front of the hood where the hinge is attached to the hood. The basic problem is that the hinge is stronger than the hood and when the watercraft sets in the sun the hood in too weak to retain it shape. Has anyone else noticed that the Paper Plate companies, in their manufacturing procedures and packaging, actually “stick” 3 plates together “lightly” so that consumers don’t notice that when they grab for one plate – they actually grab 3 plates? The packaging says “50 plates”…or “100 plates”….but by the time you grab one plate which is lighly adhered to 2 other plates, you go through them pretty quickly – and this is wasteful to our environment. I spend my time separating paper plates so that we grab one – not three – whenever we use them. read full review »

We bought a Maytag wide by side refrigerator about 4 years ago and unfortunately just after the warranty expired, so did the appliance. What is wrong, I am so disappointed with Maytag. America west airlines. Flying from Atlanta to lax stopping in Phoenix. Flight 656 leaving 5.25pm July 5th.
