I am very displeased with this home builder! They show you the models and dont tell you what is included (no signs or anything) in the model and if they do tell that something is included if you ask the other sale person they say its not. All the upgrades you see in the house are not included plus alot of the things you wouldn't even think was an upgrade, is. We had a very, very negative experience with After Hours tuxedos last weekend. It began with their Ann Arbor, Michigan store listing the grooms name incorrectly, followed by a groomsman who was calling with his measruements long-distance from Canada being told (by a person in the Traverse City, Michigan) store to call back later as she was too busy to take any measurements from him. Adobe Systems Inc. is PLANTING a note “The site might need Active X and Flashplayer9” when I ask for two Indian Newspapers and it delays their appearance by 3-4 minutes. Before, both would appear shortly while now ONE NEWSPAPER does not appear at all, the other appears after 3-4 minutes. I tried to contact Adobe Inc. and their site blocked me with the excuse of password etc. I resent their intrusion into my computer, but it seems I can’t do anything except to complain. Whole ( in bone ) pork loins $0.99 lb. I have shopped Farmer Jacks for many years and was very disappointed when I asked the butcher to cut a pork loin into chops for me. The quality is inferior, they came in a million pieces that I had to assemble, they don't accept returns, and THE CHANDELIERS ARE NOT UL RATED, plus the people are rude and unresponsive. This goes even beyond McDonalds, but I am tired of going to all of these fast food places and no one can understand English. After getting 5 quotes for prices on moving, I had an offer to match lower prices if I paid cash, also he would remove snow as he also owned snow plowing business, I agreed, but was lied to. My grandmother gave me her Magic Chef smooth top stove she'd purchased in '95 when she couldn't get the cleaning cycle latch to open fully. I have internet and telephone service with Time-Warner maintaining the cable. Last week, the phone and internet quit working. That is, it works sometimes if you're lucky. I called Time-Warner from a payphone (Friday) and they said that they would have someone come out and fix it Tuesday. We stayed at the Springfield, IL KOA. It was a nightmare. During our stay we were sitting at the table in our camper and I turned off the Air Conditioner as I was talking on my cellphone. We were eating lunch and the TV was NOT on. The TV started to smoke so I quickly unplugged it. The breaker box started to smoke so I shut off all the power. I was offered a $1 deal through Comfort Suites for Travelers Advantage Club and was to receive discounts for Comfort Suites and free gas amounting to $40. This was a 90 day deal and I would have the opportunity to cancel before 90 days with no extra charges. I never received any correspondence from this company and then was charged $99.99 on my credit card. I had forgotten about these people because they never contacted me at all. What a scam. Since their inception there has been a steady noise that gets louder upon occation. It is a steady hum that never ends. When it gets louder, you can hear it through the closed windows even more. I talked with them a few times in the beginning and was always told they were correcting the problem. It did get quieter for a bit, then louder, then quieter, then louder. You get the gist. My last dealing with Heilig Meyers turned out to be one of the biggest mistakes of my life! In 2000, I purchased a washer/dryer and mattress/box springs. It started going bad right away, because I was paying my payments in advance, and every time I would go in, they would claim I owed a late fee. UPS service is getting worst. It is impossible to speak to a representative, there is no phone number posted on their web site and they never give any specific reason or apology for poor service. The reason for this is because they are paid by the businesses that use their service to ship to the customer and since the business pays UPS, UPS has no loyalty to the end receiver which actually pays for the shipping. Hughes requires automatic access to your credit card for billing. They billed me twice last month. My card company, Hughes, and me on a conference call found that Hughes had no record of a double billing. So, the card company credited me for the second billing.
