My insurance finance company uses express-pay.com to take online payments. If you wish to pay by check, you must enter the routing number and then the account number (which is normal) To ensure you make no mistakes, you must enter the info again. I bought my 2002 Chevy Tahoe brand new in may of 2002. My transmission has gone out FOUR times since then, and i only have 87,000 miles on it right now. My girlfriend took her car (2001 civic) to these idiots hoping to have it repaired and Dan cicetti the thieving service guy told her the car was junk and that she should call some junkyards to see what they would offer her. They charged her 100.00 to tell her that the car needed a rebuilt motor and would not tell her exactly why and they wanted to charge 4200.00 for the service. She had the car towed to a private mechanic and it tuned out to be the fuel pump and the repair was less than $300.00. I ordered 2 ink jet cartridges from them. They did not fit so I returned them according to their policy. I e-mailed at least 14 times, sent fax and called repeatably. Today after 5 1/2 months they said they credited me, but there is no credit on my credit card. I have been using a tata indicom postpaid connection 9216470792 for the past three months. Outgoing calls have been barred scores of times in these three months. Totally unresponsive attitude. Entered dealership on 12/26/06. Found 03 Honda Pilot, and negotiated. 5 hours later contract finished, and drove vehicle home. Noticed large dent under rear hatch and returned to dealership. Discovered contract was inaccurate by 1000 miles with odometer statement, and veh. had other problems not disclosed to me earlier. On November 16, 2006 I called Aon (the warranty provider for Kitchen-Aid) to inform them that our $5000 refrigerator is not functioning. Today is Jan 2, 2007.
