Brooke Franchise sold me 2 insurance agencies which they represented had certain levels of income and certain insurance company contracts after purchasing from Brooke at an inflated price 5 of the major companies canceled their contracts thus running off 80% of the customers. I also had a horrible experience! I was suckered into this by being told I was entered into a draw and that I won a vacation package. I unfortunately signed up, but was lucky enough to realize my mistake in time and asked for a refund 1 hour after signing up. 1 and half year back I have purchased one dvd hi-fi system of phlips, and within 5 month it got some technical problem, I contacted with service center and they had replaced my dvd. But after 9 month that replaced dvd started showing technical problem (track struck, system hang etc) when contacted the service center on 13/01/07 they told me to submit the dvd. They send a brochure that you have to pay for. They then use the credit card info to bill customer for fictitious services. Back in May 2006, I asked for an OSactionline brochure to be sent to my home and I paid the postage using my credit card. Buy a bundle of DIGITAL CABLE TV/INTERNET from rogers and get a bundle of problems from them in terms of billing. Monies are billed under one bill but customer service has to be done under different departments. It would be easier to have one customer service to solve all the related problems but no, wait on the phone for hours just to get some soul, who does want to, to "help" you. There is a group in Colorado that is placing thousands of harassing (abandoned) calls to consumers. Basically, they'll call you up to 20 times per day as part of a telemarketing effort which they are paid for by Sylvan, DeVry, Global Knowledge, CCI, Florida Metro University, etc. What they do, they can do legally for 30 days - so be prepared for a lot of harassment. At the end of February I sent 2 certified mail letter that I bought at one of those new automatic machines at a USPS office because the line was out the door. Fat Boys sits on the corner of Alameda & Havana in Aurora Colorado. During the last 7 weeks this business has piled all the snow from their parking lot on the sidewalks and next to the traffic light. I purchased a mini vacuum cleaner in December 2006. I was told misinformed that the machine has a strong motor and can easily clean rugs, carpets (not have, but regular carpets) and wall ceilings. I brought my 1988 Honda Accord into the Seaford, DE Wal-Mart for an oil change. At the time my car was presented to them, it had no oil leaks.
