I bought a Sunsetter flag pole with a 5 year written warranty on defective parts. When my pole would not operate, I contacted Sunsetter, who advised me that they would only allow me 20% towards replacement parts and the cost of the parts would greatly exceed the cost of a complete new flag pole. The practice of buy now pay never using no account checks bearing fake social security numbers is happening at banks in the midwest. The banks pass the loss on too paying customers in higher fees and interest. The Inspector General's office for fraud says happens all the time, is illegal, but rarely prosecuted. Looked online for local florist in Dallas, Texas and e-florist came up. I ordered the flower from them and got the confirmation/invoice with the total of $100.29. I got the credit card statement today but they charged us $112.34 which is $12 higher than original invoice. I was sent an SMS by Airtel to Recharge on 28th May 07 to Recharge with RC 199 to get 60 days validity and Rs. 24.80 talktime. I recharged with the same amount the same day but the validity was not given for 60 days yet. Instead they are not attending to the calls made from my number. I have discovered she went online with the premise of rebuilding her credit, she thought she canceled but a month later they took money. On Jan. 12, 07, I ordered their “PC-cillin Internet Security 14 Antivirus Software” from this company on-line. It was a 3 year service contract for $99.00. My credit card was charged this amount the next day. After repeated failed attempts to install this product on my computer I decide I no longer needed/wanted this software and asked for a full refund. I brought my car in for major service. Told service rep. Not to rotate tires. Newer brand in front. Wrote on service order. When i got car home, noticed one side had been rotated. Mechanic checked off on checklist that he did not rotate tires. Mechanic is a liar. I don't know if he performed any inspections that he checked off as being ok. Staples in Canada, Kingston ON to be exact. The extended warrantees at Staples are worthless. I purchased an Acer laptop there about a year and a half ago (buying an Acer was my first mistake). Dell Financial Services (DFS) repeatedly and falsely accused me of failing to return a leased printer at the end of a business lease. My son purchased a 110cc dirt bike from a distributor in WI with his own hard earned money on 7-4/06. He was told that this was a high quality product built and designed after Honda. Well let me tell you this is not true. We have had nothing but problems since this bike was purchased. After only driving this dirt bike 8 times, the frame broke and luckily he was not badly injured.
