I own a 1998 Chevy Blazer and my windshield wipers have a mind of their own. They work whenever they want to and when I turn them off they only stop when they want to. Also I may turn them on low and they go at a high speed. Or I turn them on and they won’t work at all for long periods of time. Which is not good living in a state that it rains quite often.
