I recently bought a Fast Track Sunglasses when i went for a holiday to vishakapatnam and i did not examine the glasses for scratches and other manufacturing defects as i believed it to be a good brand. This is classic example of customer getting into trap of Vendor-Dealer. We've bought Hitachi AC (RAVO24EMDZ1) from Srishti Electronics in Feb'07. Initially it worked ok but gradually it stopped working. We complained to Dealer, he redirected us to Hitachi. I keep getting a collection notice from this group for a 2-year renewal subscription to Reader's Digest. I have subscribed to RD for over 30 years and have NEVER dealt with anyone except Reader's Digest for my renewals. I don't know where this group gets their information but I am sure it is a scam of some type. The past due letter states my subscription will be canceled if I don't pay. Purchased a fathers day gift on 6/12/07 via ebay. The product wasn't shipped until 6/20/07 and was shipped to the incorrect address. Customer service does not answer emails and claims they can only take instruction from paypal (a 3rd party) and cannot correct an order when informed by the customer and will not contact Paypal regarding an incorrect order. Recently we ordered breakfast at Burger King at 7133 Dempster in Niles, Illinois or the corner of Harlem and Dempster. I called this plumber to ask if they could do a "small job" for me. It was the Monday of Memorial Day weekend. This is the absolute worst refusal to stop service. I am going to seek each and every avenue to file legal and ethical complaints against Monitronics Security Services. Fortunately we had no real need for their services for the 3 years that we did utilize them. But the prescription drug Zyprexa is more dangerous than the drug companies would ever let anyone know: At age 13 I was placed on a large dose of this medication. On 18th June 2007 i recharged for Rs 52 to get STD call rate as Rs 1.50 with reference of customer care people. After that my STD call rate was Rs 2.90 per min and for local Rs 2.75 per min. My RIM prepaid service is deactivated when I am in roaming. I have complained regarding the same problem in Oct'06. Reliance Web world people asked me to submit the Identity proofs and Address proofs which i did without fail but still the problem persists when am in roaming now after such a long period. We hired this company to handle a mortgage contract between ourselves and another person who wanted to purchase our land. I bought an item valued at $19.99 on e-bay and paid for UPS shipping. I had no choice as I wouldn't have picked UPS. They are the worst!! I lived in my home for thirty years me and my husband decided to get a second mortgage to fix the home. At first everything was going good until my company sold my account to homecomings. They charged me thousands of dollars in fees. And threaten me every month with foreclosure.
