In April 2007, my warranty provider TAP/COMPUSA authorized this so-called consumer electronic repair shop in Cincinnati, OH to get me HP Digital Media Entertainment Center back to its optimum performance. I shipped it in the box that they sent to me in order to return the item to their company and this is the last I have seen of this $3500.00 piece of my Media Room. Now I just have a Sony plasma hanging on my wall with roughly about $1500.00 worth of peripheral equipment and wires throughout my walls and no central head to run any of it. Thank you National IP Services for admitting that my shipment was received and then reneging stating that it no longer was in your workshop. Then why did you contact my warranty provider after hanging up the phone with me on 05/11/2007 and request an authorization to complete work on an item that supposedly isn't in your building. I know that it is competitive and hard out here in the business world but when you have to stoop to such low levels that screams out loud that whomever is guiding your company is probably smoking crack. If not, make them take a urinalysis test. They are sending the wrong signals to new customers that we are going to take you to the cleaners while I am buying wheels and rims for my dope dealer and no one is really paying attention to who is actually running the show here. THE INMATES ARE RUNNING THIS INSANE ASYLUM! LET THE BUYER BEWARE. A VILLAGE IS MISSING SOME IDIOTS AND I HAVE A SNEAKY SUSPICION WHERE THEY ARE ALL AT. Maybe they came as a 2-1 deal from some defunct temporary agency. If not, they sure act like it.
