I bought an item valued at $19.99 on e-bay and paid for UPS shipping. I had no choice as I wouldn't have picked UPS. They are the worst!! Anyway when the driver arrived he asked for a COD of $21.14 for brokerage and taxes. This is more than the item was worth. I was advised by the driver to call and complain. That got me no where. The girl didn't give a dam and said too bad you should have checked the web site first. Not only that the box was ripped open and beat all to hell and looked like it had been run over by the UPS truck that brought it. I called last week and talked to a agent and told him that I did not want the plan or the card and he insisted that the service would benefit me and told me that he send me a catalog on the merchandise and I never received it. Verizon / International Long Distance Plan

When I ordered a new residential phone service with Verizon back in March 2007, I chose the "I don't wish to add a Verizon international calling plan" option. I was under the impression that no international phone calls can be made with this option.

I purchased this product at kathmandu nepa hima trade links pvt ltd in nov 2005 warranty certificate 8060 serial no. 1326244. I have been using the camcorder since then but not regularly only on occasions. Yesterday all on a sudden the lcd went blank. No display absolutely. The product never fell from hands and no kind of rough handling has been done in the past. Although the touch panel seems to be functioning it is of no use since there is no display. No light on the screen, so cant make out anything. I am very upset and surprised about the reliability of this product. read full review »

Purchased dinette set on 5/24/07 using MC debit card (huge mistake). Account was debited 5/25/07. After call notifying me of delivery that following Tues., I waited 2 more days and no delivery. After salesperson could not give me an expected date, I canceled transaction,which salesperson wrote on receipt, "canceled, 5/31/07". I ask about something showing a credit using my Debit account number to which he stated that this was sufficient and I would get a refund in the mail in several days. In writing a check to Staples for $350 off an annuity account just because I don't usually carry regular checks with me they denied my purchased based on ? I spoke to a rep no one there could actually tell me why my check was denied other than the computer said the account did not meet their standards? Anywhy I cannot see how anyone with a new account can ever get established if Certegy denies your payment. It feels like since the moment I made that ill-fated decision to purchase a Dell inspiron 6000 I have run into nothing but frustration and anger over my decision.
Upon first placing the order for a system... wait for it not once, not twice but at least 3 times I was finally able to speak to a rep to correct the "mistake" and actually get the system.

I have two unauthorized charges made to me credit card by this company. I am not sure how they managed to obtain my credit card number. Thank God I am able to stop the second transaction from going through. The first one did and was reversed. Last week, due to the storm, my TV blew out & the surge protector even gave a burnt mark on the floor. Ordered ashtray on March 27, 2007. Trayvad required payment before would ship ashtray. Our check was cashed for $63.65 by Trayvad in April, 07. Trayvad has not delivered ash tray. Their toll free number has no one answering it and Trayvad does not answer the numerous e-mails that we have sent.

Cole European of Walnut Creek, CA off of N Main St is as crooked as they come. I purchased a Jaguar from another dealer 3 weeks prior and I took it to Cole European to have a base line for future maintenance etc. The car drove like a dream there was absolutely nothing wrong with it I dropped it off with them and go a shuttle to work. That afternoon I came back to a car that was not the same, it had red lights, check eng lights and it sounded like it was missing a muffler, the whole car would shake not the idle purr of the same morning.

My husband and I live in the state of Pennsylvania. My husband recently received a collection notice for $612.05 for a bill that was paid in full years ago. When my husband phoned Afni, Inc. he was told that he would have to send proof that the bill was paid. We purchased a home 6 years ago and in order to secure the mortgage all our bad debt (due to divorces) was cleared up and paid off.
Who can I report this scam too??? If my elderly Mother-in-Law would receive a notice like this it would throw her into a real anxiety episode. These people need to be stopped NOW!!! read full review »

I signed a 3 year contract with this company. My 3 year obligation was over 01/07 I have given them faxed requests, written requests and phone calls but they continue to bill me .I forgot to mention they took 2 unauthorized payments from my checking account and I had to spend $30 to place stop payment on my account. I want to ask that if their duty starts in the morning then they ought to attend the customer request then itself. I opted for 10 years validity for my prepaid mobile No 09313356691 on payment of 12 installment of Rs 79/- each we. f. Jun 06. I paid 13 installments regularly to RIM and they still say that i have only paid 6 installments so far. Since such transactions were made through their dealers on cash payment and I use to get SMSs confirming payment each time, it is difficult to produce any documentary evidence now. Hence RIM is not giving me the promised plan despite full payments and is fleecing customers. read full review »

However, the movies captured in handycam can not be converted into VCD / DVD.

I viewed an Internet site a year ago that required a debit card to view information on the site. I did this and was charged 69.99. I thought this was very expensive as I only wanted to trace family members and the information was a 10 minute read! They have now debited my account another £79.95 a year later! What for I have not joined anything. My bank can't stop it as it is internet evolved.

I have had similar programs with GE Money Bank. I did the Promotional loan on getting carpet. I paid it all in full on August 4, 2006 at 12:20pm. I have confirmation that I paid and they received payment with a reference number. They keep calling saying I have not paid and I get bills for delinquent payments. I even have a letter from customer service stating I have paid in full, but the bills and phone calls keeping coming.

I have three children (1 disabled) Theresa Eckerd works at a pizza restaurant on Grand. She refuses to pay her child support (now owes over $4,500). Says she'd quit her job before she'd give those kids money. Hasn't seen them in 4 years. Theresa Eckerd also stole around $4,000 from Social Security saying she had the disabled child when she did not. Guess what? Social Security isn't doing anything about it. My mother, two sisters and I stayed in this hotel for a weekend in April. We were there two nights and it was still too long! When we arrived the employees in the lobby parking area were rude and told us to move even though we were parked right next to a sign that said "15 minute parking-check in only" and checking in was exactly what we were doing. I don't remember when I have come across a worse hosting company than this. The comical keystone cop routine I have been through with their support??? Function is one of the most amazing experiences I've even been through. So much so I could not help myself.

I would like to share our story, i have been reading and thought ill inform others about scammers. We had a stock offer for 50" Plasmas with LG panels for a fairly reasonable price. The company said that they are branded but can be re-badged to our needs. We decided to go ahead and calculated that we would make a reasonable profit from the deal.
