Ordered ashtray on March 27, 2007. Trayvad required payment before would ship ashtray. Our check was cashed for $63.65 by Trayvad in April, 07. Trayvad has not delivered ash tray. Their toll free number has no one answering it and Trayvad does not answer the numerous e-mails that we have sent.
