I have a P/L on hdfc bank and i am clearing my EMI regularly. as i am a govt. service holder, sometimes my my monthly selary is late due to some official procedure . I ordered a bounce house from this company in early June, they took my money, charged my account and never delivered the product!!! They told me it was on backorder so when I tried to call the company as they had suggested I could never get through to an actual person. I sent voice mails, emails and no reply. This company CJW, Extremeleanrx or whatever name they are going under, has charged my visa card in the amount of 84.97. I called the number that was on my statement and the lady on the phone advised me that they would be reimbursing me for the 84.97 as I had not ordered anything from them. I received a call from my credit card company and this has not happened as of yet, I am filing a dispute with the credit card company for unauthorized charges, I tried calling the number on my credit card statement again and like everyone else that filed a complaint I was unable to get through they were closed imagine that. We have a Hitachi model 50v500a television and a couple of weeks ago the color went to red and green. We tried to adjust the color, reset the color, went to the service menu and reset the set... all to no avail. Now we are looking at a set that looks as if it was photographed with a heat sensor. I purchased a gas stove on 6/24/07 at the Lindenhurst store in NY, I chose to have installation on the delivery date which was 6/26/07. We have a 2004 Pontiac Vibe that has approximately 78,000 miles on it and a few weeks ago our transmission went out. We had the vehicle towed to the closet transmission repair and they found that the transmission had such severe damage that it could not be rebuilt. I ordered the chicken marsala to go from this place since I heard good things about their pizza. I figured the platters must be good too. Boy was I wrong. On 6/16/07 I had my car towed to Tipton Honda in El Cajon, CA. I spoke with Roger the Assistant Service Manager. This is the second unit that has failed owing to poor design: The cable between the charger is too thin, and breaks where it enters the strain relief (joke) at the body of the charger. Vodafone and Nokia say this is because of wear and tear, and take no responsibility, but the charger never leaves the socket into which it is plugged in. On June 23, 2007 I ordered a vanilla cone though the drive through. After I paid for my icecream cone at one window I was told to pick up my ice cream at the second window.
