I bought a dvd from tv box set which turned out to be copied from television/cable broadcasts and not original goods as advertised.
It took over two months to arrive, but I was not too worried since any emails I sent were answered quickly. I ordered another copy of the dvd from UltimateDVDshop which has not arrived, nor has any confirmation email been sent to me. I'd assumed the transaction had not taken place but the money was taken from my credit card. Personally I was gutted when the dvd was played since it was obviously not a decent copy and I'd bought it as a present for my girlfriend to whom the content meant a lot. read full review »

I have given a 5200 nokia phone in the service center on 17/07/2007 for loud speaker /ring tone not working. They returned it but on 31/07/2007 same problem has arrived. After that on 28/08/2007 they had returned me a new phone as they say having 68 pictures of a family attached on the phone gallery.on inquiring the service center replied head office has end it like that. I do have dough that the phone is 2nd handed and i like to tell nokia how they deal with customers. The company is caring high on phone but service is really low to the standard. Having purchased a pair of Reebok Classic training shoes from a local store my daughter was having trouble keeping the Velcro fastened on inspection the stitching was coming away and the Velcro attachment was insufficient for the shoe to stay closed, unfortunately when we went to return the shoes we could not find the till receipt and therefore are stuck with a pair of shoes which cost £21.99 in a sale, normally £26.99,that my child can not wear and I was just wondering if the company could help us out? Hello,
I have had issues with credit cards with few banks over past 8-9 months due to some unprecedented expenses at my end.
However, all of their payments have been made and they all provided the settlement letter too. However, I don't know who among these banks, have included my name in RBI Defaulter list.
Now, inspire of having paid huge amounts to all of them, I am not able to take any fresh kind of loans from any bank/fi.

I visited wendys drive thru to order over $20.00 worth of food for our office and was treated very rudely by the person taking the order by saying gruffly "what else' after everything i said. "next window" no please or thank you. You feel like by the time you have your food thrown at you, why bother to go there. The rudeness happens at every visit at this wendys in delray beach, fl on east linton blvd after this visit i am not going back. My taco salad was soured. On 19.08.07 we booked a Budget 78*60*4 Mattress with Ideal Mattress and the dealer accepted to deliver the same on 20.08.07 without any delivery charges. We paid Rs. 500 as advance payment and the manager suggested us to pay the rest of the amount by cheque on delivery of the mattress.

I ordered free trial bottle for $4.95 shipping. I never received them so I thought no big deal I'm only out $5. Then I get a charge of $149.95 on my bank account. It turns out I agreed to a contract by clicking the submit button. I still to this day have not received anything from this company and I am out all that money. I tried calling, emailing, and submitting a ticket at nexgenlabsusa.com and still cannot get anything done. 1. on 17th July 2007 I confirmed through tele-banking the Bank Balance was Rs. 50,334.56. After confirmation we issued one cheque of amount Rs. 28000 bearing 737904.
2.I suffered a setback on 18 July 2007 after finding that the same cheque has been dishonored due to insufficiency of funds.

I had reliance mobile with number 09341238940. Initially I have paid Rs6000 deposit. It was an 3 yr contract.
After 3yr 6 months I had disconnected. I was having due of 1100.
I had asked them to settle with the deposit that i will get.
They kept quite.
Close to 1 yr after that now I have received a "Lok Adalath" notice to pay Rs2200. (I am in Dublin ) .When my wife called them they were saying you pay first and then we will pay the deposit.

I had applied for a Reliance Communication Wimax Internet connection.They took Rs: 500 as advance and promised me to get it installed within a week but it was one month and no one turned out. No customer service. Now after 2 months there is no sign of connection and am been just cheated Rs: 500 by a well known company Reliance Communication.

My wife joined VLCC GYM, At Safdurjung Enclave, New Delhi. She paid Rs.10000 for the package. After 2 days of attending the classes, she was diagnosed with UTI ( Urinary Tract Infection), and because of that she had to discontinue the course. Same was informed to the center.
As per doctor's advise she was on rest and had to take extra caution for the same so was advised not to continue the slimming programmed.

I ordered the product in April of 2007, I was charged again in July, (5 seperate charges, 50 cents, one dollar, a dollar fifty, $72.84 and $29.95) and sent one package I didn't order. On Aug 8th, I requested they close the account and not charge my card again, they gave me a RA number to return the product. My husband and I are both in the military , so, we always move around. We let Allen Auto Transport to transfer our Jeep Wrangler( with a nice hard top on it)from Norfolk naval base to Cornado base, CA . BuyTelco/high speed internet service through satellite

We wanted to buy high speed internet service and decided to go through our current satellite dish provider, DirectTV. Apparently, DirectTV provides high-speed internet through another company called WildBlue, which then contracts out to BuyTelco. We were charged twice on our Visa for the installation (before anything was actually installed). When I called WildBlue to get the duplicate charge taken off, they said they couldn't do that, and that I need to talk to BuyTelco to get it taken care of.

This company sold me wall-to-wall carpet that is the wrong color/shade. They did not give me any warranty information. I finally asked and they said to go online and get it. There are 10 different warranties online. I did not buy the carpet online so why should I go there to get information they should be supplying in pamphlet form. They also said Mohawk would get in touch with me and come to my home to inspect. Mohawk said that will never happen. They will always go through the vendor to reach the customer. I had a Juniper/Barclays bank credit card. Soon thereafter I received a check for $8 included in my statement. My husband assumed it was a rebate or rewards check and deposited it in our bank along with our other deposits. Soon thereafter I rec'd a packet in the mail telling me I had enrolled in Auto Vantage (a towing company). They deducted $119.99 from my credit card. I have just been told that Certegy have debited money from my bank account on a check that was paid for. They have refused to put the money back and the state says they can do nothing. When did it become legal to get into someones account without authorization. I can assure you I will never go to a store who uses this company for collection. I asked for quotes from Aggrwal Packers/Goel Packers/ & Sahara Packers while shifting from Bangalore. The marketing Guy just came in and quoted a little below the others and I fell for it.
I made the following mistakes:
1. I chose them as the carrier. Pls pay 30%more and get ur baggage shipped instead of choosing Sahara. I had chosen Aggarwal Packers in the past and they were expensive but efficient. I know at least one colleague who chose Goel Packers and was happy.

I but a circular couch on the 15 month plan. Seven months having the couch I have complained and complained of couch cushions breaking. I got no satisfaction and or replies. I have phoned and talked with manger. After 8 months, I have someone ordering parts to fix. I told them this is the worst service I ever received from them or anyone. As i have submitted all the documents for applying Housing loan for HDFC Bangalore Kormangala branch (i am not sure of this branch) the person which came to my office and collected the document is Mr.Sachin his Mobile no is 9342679029.
Due to some requirement the loan was not approved its ok for me but till date he has not returned my Documents. From the last one month i am following up he is not bothered to return all my document including a check. Almost daily i am calling him but he is not taking my phone.

Ebay should prohibit the selling of gift cards regardless of how they are obtained. I work at a retail company and know that when customers return items without a receipt they get a store credit. But with our company, we use plastic cards that don't say store credit but they say gift card. We have dishonest customers who steal for a living just to return items and get store credit to sell on Ebay.

I bought N70 in the month of June'2007. In which memory card has been corrupted within a week of purchasing. Placed the complaint in NOKIA care - BRIGHTPOINT, Bangalore. So far 3 months, they keep prolonging the issue but not resolving. Finally this brightpoint has been closed their shutters for nokia service.
