PODs. They are nationwide and on line. They are unbelievable! I ordered two pods, did NOT order blankets or locks, in fact went to U-Haul and bought my own items. Nevertheless, they loaded these items in to the POD containers, apparently expected me to remove them and return them to the driver who picked the pods up and when I didn't they charged me $119/month to rent blankets and a lock I never even used! Rainbow vacuum cleaner (the e series) is the one i bought, this thing is a expensive piece of junk. The cord is so cheap it gets very warm during use, it does not pick up things off my carpet near as good as my much much cheaper sears vacuum, so many times i have to loosen things on the rug before the rainbow will pick it up, so i get out my 200 dollar sears and get the job done. I got my sony ericcssion w810i last November. Till now the phone was working properly, but now I cant make a call or send an SMS. I purchase the Trutech TV/DVD at Target in December 2006. The DVD stop working in July and now on September 5, 2007, the TV does not work. Over a year ago I purchased a DVR from Best Buy. The DVR did not work. I was told by Direct TV to return it to Best Buy and get another DVR. I did so, and so the games began. I received phone calls and letters telling me I had to return the DVR to Direct TV. Today I tried to download an excel attachment and my very cleaver MS software icon pops up and tells me I require the CD to reinstall. To Whom It May Concern: Last month, I was looking to take the AirTrain from Penn Station to Newark Airport. Because of a stalled train at NY Penn Station, no trains were able to leave or enter the station for at least 40 minutes. Customer Service at the station recommended I take a cab because they knew I would have missed my flight. So in addition to my $15 train ticket, I had to pay for a $65 cab. The washer there is no way to pause the machine while someone has a shower. The pause button only works for a short short period of time. There is now way to determine what cycle the machine is in, so when you need to switch it off, then you need to restart the load. The bleach compartment is questionable. The dryer it produces wrinkled clothing. There is no automatic cool down on the machine. This means that the user must manually adjust the temp or remove clothes when they are damp to hang to dry. I have a 2004 lexus gx470 with 75,000 miles that I purchased new. Last week I was driving home on a side street in Brea CA and for no apparent reason I had no brakes. I used the emergency brake to slow and finally stop but could have easily been killed or killed others if this had happened on the freeway. On Saturday August 18th I adopted a puppy from the mobil unit of North Shore Animal League. When I took the puppy she had very bad diarrhea I returned to the mobile unit the same day to ask about this. I was told it was because she had just been spay. Hi everyone, I have a horrible product called the "2002 Ford Escape". I paid a lot of money for this truck and take real good care of it. I follow all scheduled maintenance. I regret to say that the Acworth-Woodstock franchise of Lawn Doctor refused to honor their agreement with me. Their employees came and sprayed my yard in June, and within a few days, most of my grass was dying. I telephoned the office and found they were unresponsive to my complaint.
