Purchased an Acer Aspire 5100 series laptop end of May 2007 from Simply Acer. I ordered two lamps. CSN Lighting charged me, but only shipped one lamp -and that lamp arrived late and broken. I have repeatedly requested that they send me a replacement part, but all they will say is "we have ordered it". They won't tell me when I can expect it to arrive. All my son's moving was hired by myself for a short distance move which would take a 15 minute drive from my storage unit to my new home. They were 2.5 hours late because the driver did not speak english and could not find his way around. I had to have him follow me everywhere so he wouldn't get lost. I went to chick fillet this morning and it was raining pretty hard. I pulled up to the window and handed the lady my bank card to pay as I do every morning when I go there. Purchased a cell phone warranty. I lost my phone. I requested a replacement on the last day of my contract. CanterPoint Energy gas division of Houston, Texas accidentally shutoff my gas services this morning for non-payment of my bill which was paid via their online billing services. I had my confirmation print out from my computer had the technician rang the doorbell and notified us. I always call a person at Centerpoint and relay this information but was unable to contact their services.
