I purchased 10,000.00 worth of kitchen appliances form The Brick in August 2006. The wall oven I purchased had a manufacturers defect, where everytime the self-clean feature is used the oven won't work afterwards. The service form the Pizza Hut at 2724 W. Mercury Blvd. Hampton, VA. 23605 that i got was not what i expected it to be. I placed an internet order about 10:30pm and i was paying with a credit card. Afni Collections company in Bloomington IL sent me collections charge from year 1996 for $629 with Verizon phone company with settlement charge $525.38 even I has been discharged from debtors in 1996 due to my bankruptcy. They are trying to recover debt even charges between year 1986-1996 on Verizon phone company in New York. I never used Verizon in those years in NY, I used New York Bell phone company, but obviously Verizon and Afni are trying to find bogus charges. I have a 2001 kia rio that has 70,000 miles on it. 2 months ago my timing belt went out and went through the engine and hurt my engine. So now it all has to be replaced. Kia wont cover it because they said i should of had it serviced at 60,000 miles but it is said nowhere and you don't need to change a timing belt. I purchased a Stove on 08/31/2007 at Sears.com. I received all of the appropriate E-mails that assured me my Order was processed, scheduled for delivery and installation. Dass Electronics aundh has been the poorest in providing service to their customers. I purchased a laptop from them and they told me to hand it over to me in next one hour with everything configured, but it took 6-7 for them to deliver to and for more surprise the keyboard key was out of place. When i told them to fix it up they said it will take 2-3 days to get it fixed by service center and it has been a week and i am still without laptop. On August 17th, the total including shipping charges in the amount of $84.67 was charged to my checking account. To date, no confirmation of payment, shipment of merchandise, or status of order has been received. Attempts to get back to the website have failed. The 800 number does not work.
