I made reservations on line for a King leisure nonsmoking, and that is exactly what it says under Total number of rooms: However, under special requests I indicated non-smoking, late check in. We were at Ramshackels in Leesburg,FL and my husband ordered a long island iced tea and it tasted like DAWN dishsoap... literally. So he kindly sent it back. The same drink with the same straw and print of my lipstick on the glass was brought back out. Half had been dumped out and coke had been added. Well that didn't help the soap taste any. So we simply asked for it to be removed from our bill and we were told it wouldn't be fair to the restaurant because it was a $6 drink. On the 6th of August an order for a DVD series, "Whirlybirds", was placed with this company. On August 17th, the total including shipping charges in the amount of $84.67 was charged to my checking account. To date, no confirmation of payment, shipment of merchandise, or status of order has been received. Attempts to get back to the website have failed. The 800 number does not work. I ordered a free sample with $4.95 shipping charges about 30 days ago. They sent one pill. Now they have sent me 10 pills with out my authorization and are trying to get me to pay $1490.95 plus shipping. They informed me that I hadn't read the terms and conditions. I had received a SBI card a year ago and i had opted for the statement to be sent to me via email from the 2nd month onwards. My request was activated and when i went to check the statement online it was not opening as the password i was provided was "wrong". I bought an out of the box unit. Did not get the usually ink cartridges that are found in a bix and NOT TOLd that if the printer ink supply was low, they would not give a replacement. Was issued a certificate to obtain a Gas Coupon for $100 after transporting vehicle to Nevada. No problem with the transport company, they were perfect. My strong recommendation to all, don't buy anything from Dell India. They have the worst customer service. They are only good at irritating and frustrating the customer so that we forgets complaining. They shipped me a Damaged product and when i complaint to them, they argued with me that system is perfect without seeing it physically. I am placed in Mumbai and their customer service department is in Bangalore. I would say that they are simply idiots and don't know what they talk. Be careful while buying.
