Keyes was very happy to take my money when I paid cash for a new E350, but once they cashed my check I no longer exist to them. The credit department made a major error regarding giving me the proper information for transferring my insurance and then denied it and told me they didn't want to hear about it and hung up on me.

I used the Keyes Collision Center in Van Nuys to repair damages sustained when someone on a cell phone ran through a stop sign and hit my new car. The rear quarter panel was replaced. This is where the navigation DVD is located. After the repairs were done, the first time I tried to use the navigation system I got a read out that said the DVD was missing. Up until this point I didn't even realize there was a Navigation DVD.

Well, of course both the dealership and their body shop tell me they can't help me and accuse me of trying to cheat them out of the DVD.

I have been a Mercedes owner for many years, but this experience with Keyes, along with others that I haven't even mentioned here, has driven me away from Keyes and Mercedes forever. It's a shame that such a fine automobile manufacturer is represented by dealers like Keyes.
