One year ago Gm sent a new "Rewards" Master Card which I did not activated since my old card was good until 2009. My old card still works to this day and I have been get statements including any additional rewards I have accumulated. The new card had many restriction when purchasing a new GM vehicle. I was promised a refinance loan with this company, an appraisal was done which cost me out of pocket $350. The appraiser Brookfield picked lo-balled the value of my home by over $20,000. Because of this they refused the loan stating that their lender "pulled their plug" on our type of loan. When I tried to contact them again by phone and email they would not return either form of communication. I booked Swosti Plaza (4 Start) hotel in Gopalpur, Orissa for my vacation in last summer. The room charge for AC Deluxe room was Rs. 2250/- per night. Simply put i booked tickets first class through orbitz. Had to cancel then within a two week period and was told they are non refundable. And if i wanted to i would have to contact american airlines to see if they would credit them. Firstly as i said booked them first class. And i know from first hand experience that if you book first class and cant use the ticket it will be refunded. So why do i complain. I have got call from the agent saying that I will get the additional sim with the 249 plan in additional to the plan if I will pay Rs.50 extra I will get STD with Rs 1 / min to any mobile or landline. But When called up the hutch customer care they are saying something different by different people. Miss. I want to share a bad experience I had with KLM, a supposedly good air carrier in Ghana. I bought for the first time a return ticket with them online in October 2005 for travel to UK in December 2005. During the transaction, I was asked to make payments at KLM head office in Accra. Even after 1 month still no one has come from Nokia to replace the battery as promised by Nokia (that they will replace it within 8 days of complaint).
