My experience with Sears has been absolutely atrocious. We have a Kenmore top of the line dryer we purchased at Sears and one of the MOST important features does not work. We have been complaining about this since we bought it. To compound the problem the service program has a very un-friendly customer service policy. I ordered a baked potato and some other food,I was eating it and when I turned the skin over there was a bug that had been roasted with the potato you could see the legs and the antennas. I showed the manager and he said he couldnt be sure if it was a bug.
