These fly by night contractors ripped us off. not a new driveway but a resurface - in places only millimeters thick. Driveway was done in October - already large patches where the new asphalt has peeled or crumbled away. Called the company (only a cell phone number) over 60 times - they always respond - "on our way" or after time "a refund cheque is on its way - until finally after confronting the owner, he said, "sue me". Beware of the Philips brand LCD Flat screen HD televisions. Ours failed after a two years of operation. It can only be repair at the Philips Repair in Arkansas. There was a prepaid repair charge with the following stipulation. If the set could not be repaired they would refund the prepaid repair charge and provide a comparable new or refurbished TV. I have had nothing but issues w/ Lobos Management: On 3 occasions they have threatened me w/ court notes and late fees for not paying rent when they cashed my rent check the day it was due and then didn't file the paper work. Bought a car from them for $2,000, and the car was great during the test drive. But when I went to pick it up the next day none of the dash gauges worked because the put in a new battery and shorted something, the break lights stopped working and the automatic transmission would not go in to third gear. I purchased a pair of worn shoes at this shoe store. I went back and asked for a refund, deciding not to keep the shoes and was told that the shoes were worn and they would not take them back. I DID NOT WEAR THESE SHOES. Apparently someone else bought the shoes, wore them, and returned them. The sales associated was suppose to check this out. I received a $100 payday loan from the Douglas Loan Shop and agreed to repay the full amount the following payday. They are continuing to take $60 per month out of my checking account without any authorization and are unable to reach. I have never dealt with such a scam in my life. I am very disturbed that unauthorized charges have been applied to my account using my debit card.
