April of 2008 I called the customer service department to cancel my order. I talked to a Ms. Tina, she stated that she would do so, and would send me $100 dollars worth of gas vouchers. $19.95 was withdrawn from my account. Once again I called back to customer service of savemyidentity, once again after finding out they had debit my account for $19.95. I hired scotts in the spring of 2006 to get rid of the weeds in my lawn and help to establish a new bahia grass lawn. The sales rep left me a form indicating which weeds I had and what would be done to fix it. The brochure said "If you're not satisfied, we'll make it right!". Lost a whole day of vacation because USAir flight 473 JFK to Vegas 05/05/2008 9:40 am was cancelled they rebooked us on a American Airlines flight at 4:55pm sat in airport for almost 8 hours was giving nothing not even a food voucher or where to go to other terminal. In April we took our new puppy to Scott's Valley Veterinary Clinic, Inc. and prepaid a puppy package. Later the puppy's original owners demanded her back, and sadly she was relinquished. I contacted this company and got there material via the internet for download. It was for a program that is supposed to explain how you can make money typing data over the internet. Well, needless to say it only really tells you how to set up an account on Zimbio then goes to explain you need to get accounts with adsense ect. We purchase a Sanyo DVD rewrite 500 2 years ago. It went into the Sanyo repair shop here in Spain 5 times in 12 months. Eventually we were told the Lazer had gone and we were not guaranteed for a lazer. However they said the Insurance would cover and we would get a new one. I had a IPL photo facial there which was done incorrectly and damaged my skin. The settings were to strong and caused fat loss in my face. My skin is now perpetually dehydrated and I look at least five years older. My face can no longer retain moisture. Shizuka's customer service and attention to my problem and complaint was more than lacking. They maintain I was "the only ever to complain", and that they "can't control the aging process"... they were not interested in helping me with this difficult situation and brushed me off. I unfortunately got scammed by principalfashion.com. i ordered an A&F jumper from the site, and i received an very poor quality A&F imitation jumper (the sew-on label on the jumper said "Made in China"). I knew something was not right the moment i looked at the package i got in the mail; it was cheaply wrapped in used cardboard and masking tape. Aquafina are of the reputation of worst customer service. Am the customer (No 6354) for their 25lts home delivery water supply at Hybd. I purchased some jewelery including a pair of bangles. When I was wearing these bangles, I noticed an obvious manufacturing defect, a hole in the inner side of the bangle and it was chirping from all sides, (it would be visible only on close examination as the design was an intricate Calcutta make). Contract was signed on March 30, 2007, to add a handicapped room with handicapped bathroom and sun room area on front and back of house. Did not complete addition even after a year of attempts at redoing all mistakes over and over again. My mother purchased an Express IRA through her local H&R Block Tax Preparation center. After her death, the family contacted H&R Block to disburse the monies. It's happened on May 9th 6:30AM, we took a Nellis cab to the airport today from the Palazzo. On the way I took out my traveller organizer to check the flight number on the front seat. I received a trial package in the mail, I did not order it so I figured it was some free weight loss that some company was trying to sell, I threw it out. This company and the ones they mention in their book, who are all over Canada, the United-State and Mexico are simply ripping off real and honest people. The companies from the directory asked for an envelop, stamps and 1 or 2$ in exchange for information on their start-up fee, a number of unit to be done and approved before payment and shipping and handling cost at our expense. I recently had portraits taken of my 3 month old daughter at the portrait studio with the intention of purchasing only there "promo"package of my favorite pose. I was also scammed by HomeRun Media aka Negen Labs, Phenterthin, IHC LLc, etc. They have done this to many people and they change their name constantly. I had order a trial sample for $4.95 with no obligation to order again. I started receiving bottles in the mail that were returned. i have called them and my credit card company and I am getting no where. I have contacted the BBB and filed a complaint on them and my credit card company. I also contacted the Attorney General's Office. Over two weeks ago i discovered that money was missing out of my account and my bank informed me this company made a withdrawal from my account so i phoned them and they said someone applied online for a payday advance loan using my account number to my bank and a fake social security number. I ordered that three day trial for three dollars. I canceled it the day after I ordered it. What they do not tell you is that by signing up for the trial, you are also signing up for another program that will charge you $39 within a month (they also do not tell you that you have to cancel the other program separately). When you call to cancel it and have the charge reversed, they tell you it cannot be done and then refuse to give you the information to their billing department or upper management to have the matter resolved. read full review »
