I have a complain regarding the cancellation of my booking at this hotel where I failed to receive my refund of approximately RM500 credited back to my credit card. I paid this company $29, 000 to redo my kitchen. They installed the tile mural so that it slanted. They tried to correct it but were unable to. I had another tile installer redo it, at an additional cost of $700. I have been fighting with 1-800-Mattress for two months to get them to either exchange, refund or honor the warranty on a mattress that cost $2, 750.00 on 3/6/08. I had purchased tire chains on a winter trip in December of 2007 in Oregon. I was told if I didn't use the chains it was no problem to return them. When I took them to the Les Schwab in San Carlos California (bay area), I was told I must have the receipt. On 6/3/08, I bought a ham/turkey/cheese Ready Pac Bistro salad from a local 7-11 store, located on Moody and Crescent in the city of La Palma. I bought it because it looked clean and simple to eat. Ordered Bluetooth earpiece on 7/4/08. Confirmation e-mail says to expect in 7-10 days. I contact them via customer service e-mail and phone. Phone is message only and no one returns my calls. The e-mail address in my confirmation order e-mail is no good and rejects when I attempt to send a query. The Capitol Recovery systems in NH called me about a debt from a year earlier. I couldn't remember what I owed and asked him to send me some proof of what I owed. I never received anything from them and he kept changing what I owed. Joined March of this year, was sexually harassed by employee at first social event. Spoke to customer service staff 4 different times; no results. Asked to have owner made aware of this issue and requested my money back and membership cancelled. Owner didn't even have the courtesy to contact me even after I mentioned filing a law suite, which I am currently pursuing. Seems like a charming, innocuous site, but do not be fooled! After spending a lot of money with them in January - money which was deducted from my Paypal account - to this day I neither got a confirmation email, nor did I ever receive my order. I tried to take up the claim with Paypal two months later, but they told me I was 'too late' to do anything. I beg everyone to avoid this site like the plague! I ordered several items and two ABUs last year and all I get is e-mail from the company stating they will ship as soon as possible. I have asked them to cancel the order and credit my account and they have yet to do it. The credit card company told me they could not do much about it because the order is over 90 days old. I am having to return the same DVD Player for a second time in less than a year of purchase. I have also had to exchange the home theater I purchased the same day. While checking the transactions on line on my business account as I do everyday I found a charge by DRIELEMENT5.com for $29.95. I do not know who they are or what they sell. I contacted my bank and the first thing they recommended I do was cancel the check card and get a new one wish takes 5 to 7 business days, this really creates an inconvenience as I use the card to make purchases for the business. I have a 04/12/2009 promotional expiration date. My payment due is 92.00 a month. I pay 334.00 a month. My past experiance with experiation date's 6 month's to a year out with other business, I could pay what I want and even skip a month, as long as I pay the Balance owed by the experiation date. Service was very good for several years up until a few months ago. My IP address is dropped almost consistently around 4-5pm every day. There are intermittent outages all day long. Not sure what has happened and no one at customer support can tell me anything. A few reps have admitted it's something on their end. The next day someone else denies it. They send tech supports out who find absolutely nothing wrong of course. My notebooks have always had a hard drive that breaks down or goes out. They tell me its just what happens we need to call the attorney general and let Gateway know you have to fix the problem don't give up. Hard drives blow out because the computers fans don't work properly and they overheat and can cause fire. Keep up the fight! read full review »

In February, I had a Lamda/Oxygen sensor replaced by Casey Honda in Athlone to get rid of a "check engine" light in my Dashboard. This is on a 2000 Honda Accord. I took the car for NCT and it failed due to emissions in July. I took it back to Casey's and I got a call back from one of the staff who told me that the part that was replaced in February was replaced badly and had caused the problem.
