I noticed alot of others are having the simular issues I am with CSW scam. I called my service provider who immediately reversed the charges and also gave me the phone number for CSW 877-225-1198. I have also contacted the CSW and was reimbursed charges for the month prior charges. However the next month I received yet again another charge. We own a 2003 Ford Escape with light gold/beige paint that has begun to peel off in large sheets on several areas/panels of the vehicle. There is no obvious cause, and the vehicle has not been subjected to any unusual environmental or chemical hazards. Dealer & Ford Motor say there are no recalls, service bulletins, or other actions to cover this, and that given the age and mileage there is nothing they can do. A quick internet search reveals hundreds of other complaints for the same problem, same model/year, and same color, with similar descriptions of the damage and the response from Ford. Rca/Thompson is ripping people off that bought the Model #DRC8335. We bought it and it didn't work and they sent another one (Which we paid shipping for) and it didn't work. Coupon assures less than 1 hour wait for oil change and if I recall correctly no appointment required or it's assumed. My son sent me flowers for my birthday from Figi.com. I set the plastic vase that had the flowers attached inside (the flowers were all stuck on one metal rod that went inside styrofoam with white shredded paper wrapped around it) on the table and it was the cheapest looking flower arrangement that i'd ever seen outside of Walmart. I spent FIVE weeks trying to get a refund on a return. They double-charged me, had mysteriously no record of my return, and basically lied to my face. I called Customer Service over and over and no one was ever available to help me, they were always "in meetings". The customer service reps are worthless. Irish Hills Danes sold me what I thought was a show quality puppy. Thats what they said, that is what I paid for. Two days after I received the puppy I had her checked out by my vet and that was the first vet that told me there was a problem with her bite. I am so angry right now. Last year this company did some work for us. They needed access to the basement wall through the first floor. They moved our central air conditioning unit to get to the place they needed to be. When the work was done they disappeared without putting the air conditioning back. Netherlands Rail Ticket Machines DO NOT ACCEPT BANKNOTES or certain credit cards (Visa Electron)!!! Without coins or the appropriate credit card, at 6am in the morning there was no other assistance available and I had no option but to board a train for the airport as I had a plane to catch (from Eindhoven Airport). i have had this repeated charge on my checking account for months and the phone number on the deductions is az and the number is a non working number and i found this website in hopes that i can get this charge stopped before i have to charge myself a $42 service fee to stop payment. there ought to be someone that can get this stopped and to be able to talk with size they can scam the deduction out of your account monthly. there ought to be a way that if the number is not a working number then the banks can deny that withdrawal and not charge their customers for it. any input is greatly appreciated. thank you read full review »

Hell computer has already wasted more than 5 hours of my time. Their Contracts of Adhesion allow them to get away with consumer theft. Hell Computer "oversold" me a system, that is so poor, my three year old HP system that cost one-half the price, outperforms the Hell system by a significant margin. Foolishly, I agreed to a Kirby demonstration by a door to door salesman from Kirby (Ray). After 2+ hours of demonstration, I told him, I was out of time and (8 PM) he needed to proceed with the shampooing. He called his boss, (Aaron) who came to give the hard sell. I explained very carefully that though the product is fine, I did not plan to buy one at this time, regardless of price or trade in. (I have an older Kirby, works fine.) This salesman continued his sales pitch. Ultimately Aaron walked out about 8:30 and Ray refused to shampoo the carpet because they could not finish their sales pitch. My family and I had gone to KFC for dinner on June 7. When we got there, we waited in line for a few minutes before we received any service. I received a coffee maker in December for Christmas. As of June 7th it is no longer working. I have been trying to get Pool Town for Over 30 days to come back to my property to finish work they have started. A mountain of dirt has yet to be removed, grounding wires left exposed, construction debris, left unattended. We recently purchased A dualit Vario Chrome 2-Slice toaster, MODEL # 20293 for $289.99 from a department store. Not even two weeks later, the unit caught on fire and melted the only plastic portions of the toaster. As it was not left unattended at any time, this appeared most frightening and unsafe. I recently bought a grill for my husband for his birthday July 10th, the next day July 11th it caught fire the hose and couplings had leaks so the gas under the grill caught fire. He left the plates off all the A/C vents, didn't finish a room, paint was not the right color and I believe he didn't buy the paint but "borrowed" it from his last job.
