They say I have to write them to cancel my account, something they neglected to mention for two years! I have been in toch with them for a year, expressing my displeasure with their service(or lack there-of). These phone conversations were not enough for them, apparently. So now I wasted $600 for year one, and they charge my card for year two also. My card co. may be siding with them as they did say ther were terms and conditions to see on their web page, but I don't think it would hold up in court. I Placed an order with this company on-line. It took several attempts to connect to their server. I tried placing the order via phone, and gave up after 20 minutes on hold. This company has not paid any of my invoices for over 1 year and owe me thousands of dollars for services rendered and are not making ANY attempt to try to pay anything at all. I am now having to file a lawsuite against them. They have vacated their offices and I had to track one of the partners, Aram Guluzian, down at his home. I spend 425.00 on willow hybrid trees. When they arrived they were just twigs, but I thought okay, there is a 90 day guarantee so I will just send them back if they don't grow as fast as the company claims. Almost 90 days later, the twigs have no leaves. I contact the company and they tell me to perform the scratch test to see if they are dead. They are not dead, but still no buds. The company refuses to replace they trees that I assume are dying because they claim they are not dead. The 90 days will be up and I will not receive replacements nor will they refund my money.
