I ordered DVDs that were advertised during a TV commercial in February 2008, the company cashed my check in March 3rd. So I waited and waited and never recieved the DVD's. My cellphone stopped working. I called T-mobile customer care and they transferred me to insurance section where a lady walked me over through reset options and when it did not work she asked me to file claim which I denied. Later i called them back they said already there were 2 claims opened and they asked me to file affidavit which i did through T-mobile dealer. Now they called me back and said that I have three claim file opened and they are denying it. This has been the worst experience of my life. It is a nightmare. We were promised so much when we signed the lease. Now that we are stuck in a 13 month lease, we have noticed thin walls, unattended children, drug sales in the parking lot, unprofessional management and staff, nasty upkeep of grounds and the management is dishonest. I have never lived under these conditions in my life. I am depressed because my husband and I still have 10 more months to go under the 13 month lease. After the first no show (between 8 am-12 noon) for equipment installation) the second appointment did prove to be successful. All equipment was installed (July 24, 2008), but the installer could not get the system to download my email accounts, etc. He told me that Wildblue's system was down, but all should be operational the next day. I have been waiting now for six days and still no usable email. We came to this place recommended by a towing truck (from the same company, no wonder why they recommend this place). The people were so rude, they never gave me prices beforehand and in the end when I refused to let them do the job since it was almost twice as it was going to be at Pep Boys, they charge me some magical amount for car checking, this place is lacking honor and ethical principles. We received The Helman Group Model CFF-930 Chocolate Fondue Fountain as a 2007 Christmas present. First tried to use it July 26, 2008. The University of Phoenix talked me in to re-enrolling in their MFT Program. I told them I didn't think I could do the course work because I was still attending the University of Nevada Reno and working full time. I also commute one hour each way to work. They assured me I could try it for a while and it it was too much I could withdraw. Part way into the semester I could see I wasn't going to be able to do the program. Last month, when we had a fault code come up on our dishwasher, my wife called the Clark Appliance company, from which the previous owner purchased our washer. Since there didn't seem to be anything functionally wrong with the washer, she asked if there was a way for us to clear the code, but we were told that a service call would need to be made to correct it. Intercargo charged our credit card and then, despite promises to pick up packages, failed to pick them up. After numerous telephone conversations and more promises the whole company started to look like a scam so we cancelled the payment with our credit card company. The company did not return calls and did not communicate with us in a responsible manner. Do business with these people at your own risk. Do not make cash payments. I happen to came across an accident happen near PJ area that involved one of your sales executive with my friend who was riding on a motorcycle back from her school. I booked a holiday to Corsica with Airlinair from Bezier in South West France to Bastia in Corsica on the 28th June and returning on the 5th July 2008. The airline turned up one hour late from Bezier but we got off the ground and made it to Bastia an hour late. The windshield wipers are stuck in the off position. Using tem one day and turned them off, then stuck that way. Annoying! 500.00 to fix it! The passenger side window motor went out, 800.00 to fix that. The sliding door where the child car seat is( built in seat) not working properly. Driving down the road and all the doors were locked, it decides to open on its own! 3 Year old son was screaming " Mommy my door open!"
