I enrolled in an online MBA class in July '08. My $175 soft-cover marketing book was miss-shipped 2 times so it was basically lost in transit for 3 weeks before it actually arrived. I made an attempt at purchasing Microsoft Points, both through the console, and the internet. Both methods produced a typical MICROSOFT error: invalid. Initially I contacted Xbox representatives to try and enter the information in manually on their side, again card not valid. Please don't be fooled by this product, especially if you have a young family and are looking for a trouble-free solution to your garage flooring. They claim to offer a two year warranty and will do a moisture test prior to installation to make sure their product will work. UPS is very inconistent with its drop off policy. My shipper specific allowed for package to be left with signature. Which I signed for, but the driver refuses to leave package. It is completely indiscriminate wether they leave it or not. FedEx always leave, and is much much better service. I can't believe I am saying this but so is USPS. Don't use UPS ground, Union drivers don't care about customer service. UPS can't fire them so why try. FedEx non-union and great service read full review »

So far every time I have gone to this establishment I have left very annoyed. Today was my 4th visit in 2 months, and I am determined not to ever go back to this particular studio. I could list out everything that happened, but it really would take a lot of typing! Basically this branch of PM is not a good place to get photos taken at all. We had our wedding photos done by RedLine (formerly Blur photography) and you really do get what you pay for. It may be the "best priced" but the quality is horrible. Do not be fooled by the gallery that is displayed on the website. The lighting is off, the assistants were un-educated, and the main photographer seemed to be taking un-necessary photos. We hardly had any good photos from the proofs to choose from. There's a good reason why it was called Blur Photography. There is also poor service when trying to communicate with the company. This company has a Better Business Bureau rating of F for good reason. Like many others in this area we did not do our homework before signing up and paying for a full year of service. There were problems from the outset (poor, sloppy installation) and service that degraded to the point that it was less than dial up. This does not work like satellite, it is more of a wi-fi system. Rented a home from company on the outer banks of North Carolina. Everything was wonderful until we drove 8 hours home to find an answering machine message from Surf or Sound stating they would be charging $300 to our credit card for damages to home (cabinet doors and broken window blinds) as well as garbage down the hallway. I received a letter from PCH stateing I was the third place winner of one million dollars and sent a check for $5, 340.00 and to call Richard Banks. I did and he told me to deposit it and call him back I did and he told me he will call me back. He never did. Extraco Bank held the check for five days.
