Then I got an email from the company saying that they were having problems with orders and that I would be receiving a limited edition hardcopy CD. Rogers Communications make it a habit of bilking even the most long-standing customers out of every penny possible. Their complaints department practice the art of bouncing you around from department to department giveing you no support until you can take it no more and hang up. Central Kia is the worst company that I have ever dealt with in all of my professional career. They are sneaky with paperwork. They raised the price of the vehicle up from the internet price, they agreed to pay half of tax title and license but then when the paper work was ready to be signed it included the whole amount. I received an advertisement from the Performance Health USA in which they stated that they would send me free samples of pomogranite capsules and for that I had to pay the Shipping Charge of 3.99 USD through Credit Card. I purched the DERMAWAND from an infomercial on TV. This product is a Spa Treatment at home. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. It burned my face - still burned now after 6 weeks! While my daughter was attending Penn State, I had a landline hooked up . At one point I was late paying the bill (another story) and they sent a dunning notice. I paid that bill. They advertise free driver fix, and then it takes you 30 minutes to download their software and they identify your problems and then they say that you have to register to get the drivers and full benefit of the software. THEN you register and THE LAST SCREEN IS THE PAYMENT SCREEN, and they won't download and install the drivers if you don't pay. For well over 2 years now I have been battling terrible water spots on everything the water drys on, ie shower enclosures, fixtures, coffee caraffes etc. Local dealer and manufacturer have tried to remedy the problem but to no avail. This place says how good they are and I have found out that they sell dogs from other kennels under their name and they are not from their stock. The animals are left outside with no protection and they live in holes dug into the ground. They say their dogs are chanpions but they have no awards. They have tried to inject the wormer into the dogs and they have tried to administer the heart wormer through the dogs nose. I would like to complain about RealCare.biz, insurance company that offers the worst customer service.
