We also were tricked in a similar manner into this lease agreement. I have tried multiple times to contact them to get a copy of the so called lease that they say we signed with them. WE NEVER DID. We signed an agreement with NPMG who I also have a problem with, Jim Krane and then the Principal Payment Solutions processing house. My wife orded a sample of Acai Berry online for $9.95 shipping. They said it would be here 9/28 - we got it 10/5. She tried calling to cancel future orders but can not get through. They charged our account $88.62 on 10/15, $78.84 on 10/20 and another $172 on 10/27!! When we call the numbers there is either no answer, the call goes dead, the number is busy or one time we got a recording that said they were closed... It seems that certain payphone operators in the USA no longer allow the use of Canadian calling cards to make toll free calls back to Canada. I made two calls from the State of Washington last year that cost over $40. The calls were added to my regular phone bill even though we pay for a block of long distance. All efforts to get an RMA (Return Merchadise Authorization) were made but to no avail. We called several times and waited for at least 30 minutes and were cut off twice each time. I contracted with ABKA to cut and install granite countertops in my kitchen. They broke several pieces of granite with their carelessness, damaged my cabinets and dishwasher and tried to subsitute a cheaper sink for the one I had provided. On October 22, 2008 my son took his 1999 Honda Civic to Scott's automotive in Lubbock. After inspecting it, they determined that he had a bad engine and his only option was to replace it. They gave him the B&R auto parts name as a place to call for an engine. He called B&R auto parts and they did have an engine available. just spent 3 and a half hours on the phone with directv and skylink. No one showed for our scheduled appt to get new receivers and a dish. I was transferred to India and back, repeating my story several times. Got hung up on 4 times. (put on hold twice, no-one ever came back.). I will cancel my service. I was looking for former classmates and found AlumniClass.com. They don't allow you to see anything before paying a one time fee of $10. I paid the $10 and there were only 3 people from my class on the site. THREE. I tried to get a refund, but according to their "terms of use" they absolve themselves from everything and do not make refunds. This place is a scam. They responded to my complaint in a timely manner (via email), but they hide behind their "terms of use" to justify not doing what is right. Salesman took our $1000 deposit on 7/11/08. Chk was cashed 7/22. Work was supposed to be done on 8/4. Roofing supplies were delivered on 8/1. Dumpster was delivered on 8/4. Please do not take your car to here to get cleaned or detailed. Ed Wooding, the owner of this establishment does not care about giving you what you pay for or treating you as a valued customer. He only cares about treating your like a moron and somehow trying to prove to you that he knows infinitely more than you. We went to the shop located in the Pentagon City mall in VA in August and purchased some dress. We are very sure that we never opted to purchase any magazine. In the last two months, we got couple of PARENTING magazine and assumed that it was free sample. We are sure because never we gave the credit card info. Couple of days back, there was a charge for PARENTING mag. on my CC. We are totally panicked and called the mag. office. They disclosed that they got the info from Pentagon store.
