I run a photo/video production company. Ali hired one of my photographers for an east indian wedding shoot. He refused to pay the agreed upon amount for their services, and when my photographer objected, he publicly humiliated her and tore up the cheque for the amount he had written. When she agreed to give him the photos at his store (Japan Camera in West Edmonton Mall), he wasn't there but left instructions for his employee to take the photos without payment, stating that he would pay her later. This travel agency is the worst place to buy any ticket from. The manager whose name is Naheed does not have any knowledge in the ticket booking. She is extremely rude and once you paid your ticket price she does not care anymore. She screwed my booking ticket in returning from Iran and even though I called her three times she did not fixed the problem and last time she hung out on me. Our 4 year old Genie Pro opener has occasional phantom openings. When it happens neither the remote or the wall control will lower the door. The circuit breaker must be turned off and back on. Today for the first time I was able to observe the opening. The lights in the house flickered off/on one time and the door went up. I have whole house surge surpression on the electric service at the meter and a plug in surge device at the opener outlet. read full review »

I bought one two pound bag of young pecans @ Sams in Wilmington N. C. several weeks ago. openned them and found dried up old nuts that are tastleless!! Very few are good!! I feel I have been gipped!! this is a complaint about your Kenmore elite oasis washing Machine Model No. 110.27052601. I bought this washing machine in January 07 without buying your extended warrantee. Now however, the machines gives an F1 error and stops working. I baught 2 of your rumor phones on Saturday, I was advised that both phones will be activated in 24 hours. well one of the phones was activated and now the second phone has a number lost in la-la land. spoke with supervisor Lee and 15 others and continue to get different answers. I think Sprint service is the worst ever, For sprint service for the first time it is the utmost worst service i have ever seen or delt with. now after 6 days the did do something they turned off my old phone and now I have no phone isent that something they can turn off a phone but have no clue on how to get the new one to work. read full review »

I entered the Roxboro store on Sept 11, 2008 I saw the suit and said I wanted it, but didn"t put any money on it cause I knew I couldn't get the suit until the next month, cause I had to get rid of mines.OK the agreement was drawn up I received the suit on the 3rd of october I was given a months free because I've bought so much stuff from the Roxboro store. and is always on time. This Wedsday I had an experience with this company I am not likely ever to forget. The service man never showed up at my home and claimed he had. Then he had the gaul to to tell his office that he had been to my home. The office called and said that not only did I not answer my phones but the repair man stood outside my door for 15 minutes and knocked and knocked--this was odd I even waited on my front porch for the no show. I have been getting calls from this collection agency every day for over a month now. I tried to call back to inform them that the person they were looking for is not at the number they have on record. But the furthest I can go is a prompt to wait for a live agent. And that live agent never gets only... This is getting very annoying, especially they show NO consideration when calling during the weekend at early hours of the morning or at dinner time. BEWARE... When you buy a General Ionics system, they strap you over the barrel on service costs. Has anyone else experienced this? Yes, the product is great. Yes, it has a lifetime warranty. But, in order to maintain the system and the warranty, you need to have it serviced every 2 years. This includes having the filtration media changed. I ordered a large heated dog bed. It was not large enough for my old dog and I requested a return authorization. I was given the RA number. I then went to UPS to ship it back to Pet Street Mall. As it turned ou the cost to ship it back was more than the cost to purchase the item. On contacting Pet Street Mall they refuse to help. THey will not allow a return under their UPS contract nor will they offer any credit or discount. I do not need or want the bed any longer, but am stuck with it since the retailer will not offer any help. read full review »

All 3 times they keep transferring me over and over because they are not sure who is the person in charge... then they take my phone and told me they'll call me within 24 hours... Nothing!!!... I was to have my gas restore today. The customer service representive I spoke to said, "you don't have to be home, we can turn on your gas from outside." I waited one week for this service. Today North Shore Gas came out and I was at work. My son was home but spoke to no one. North Shore Gas technician left a note stating he was there and no one was home, someone needed to be home for him to turn on the gas. The owner doesn't care about the quality of his workmanship. He doesn't diagnose the problem properly. He caused a part he fixed (exhaust camshaft) to fail due to his poor workmanship. Then it took me over a year to get him to tow the vehicle back to his shop. Then he didn't completely fix it and lied in small claims court. Stay away from this place because if there is a problem your on your own to get it fixed at another place. read full review »

We used Pilot Air Freight for all of our international shipping for two years before realizing that they were not catogorizing our shipments correctly. They were supposed to be advising us on exporting issues and never told us many of the things we should have done. You had 30 days to respond as to whether or not you wanted to continue using their product. If not, you were to cancel within 30 days. I was scheduled for a phone interview by Kristen Riffle, the "scheduler", of Bridgeway Professionals for 1:00pm on 16 Oct 2008. The interview was scheduled to be conducted by recruiter Amy Recker. I had replied two days prior via e-mail that the above-mentioned time was agreeable. However, as of ~2:00pm today (16 Oct 2008), I have yet to receive a call from Ms. Recker to conduct the phone interview, nor have I received any notice that there might be a scheduling conflict. This company called one of our stores and spoke to the assistant manager, telling her they needed to confirm our contact info for an online listing, although we never solicited their advertising. She gave them the contact info and they asked her to verify they could post, and she said yes. We have all our accounts with Abbey including mortgage, two business and two current accounts. Both the business and personal side have seriously let us down. Business banking took over a month to get a new debit card to us and we were unable to use our business account for that period of time. I was surfing something else, I did not intend to sign up for anything like this, next thing I know my bank account has had $49.95 taken twice and $99 taken once. I called them when I saw it on my statement, I told them I was going to submit a fraud claim to my bank and was told a refund would be done, this was on July 15th 2008. I was given a confirmation number for all three monies deducted without permission from my bank account. One refund of 49.95 did come back but they still have $148.95 of my money.
