I bought a 2006 Dodge Stratus SXT from Van Horn Dodge in Plymouth, WI on October 04th of 2007. The original buyers guide stated the car did NOT have frame damage. I was looking for a debt consolidation loan and applied online to Farley and McBride. I was contacted by Mr. Earl Lee who stated Iwas approved for the loan. He then told me in order for me to obtain the loan I would have to provide a down payment. Bought the Satellite tv player for my pc and over half the channels dont work or are from another country. The vendor says the update channels to make them work but they still dont work. These people lead consumers with bad credit to believe that they can provide them large amount loans with no credit check as long as they pay an upfront blanket insurance fee. The fee is supposedly made to RBC Insurance by them in your name. We were in the Wendy's this date. They were very very slow and unorganized. We must of been in line 20 minutes and there were others who had been longer than us. In April 2007 I responded to the advertising 9f DirectTV and alllowed a young man from out of state to install a disk. For a few weeks I was able to get the channels they promised. After calling Customer Service and trying to cancel my online order apparently unsuccessfully, their product shipped 6 weeks later and my credit card was charged. As I was instructed, I refused the shipment and it was received by them 2 WEEKS later for refund processing. Customer svc has told me 3 times now that it takes 3-5 business days to process the credit. I purchased a reconditioned power pak for $295.00 on July 1, 2008 ( this was my third power pak in three years) and th unit went dead in Sept. 2008. On August 2, 2008 a wind storm caused a tree limb to fall into my garage. My insurace company sent out an adjuster and filed the claim and sent out a check for payment to repair. I have a consumer complaint against Neopost S.A. (30955 Huntwood Ave., Hayward, CA 94544), a company that rents out postage meter service. Neopost told me I could feed envelopes through the postage meter we are renting from them just as I did the Pitney Bowes. Twice, doing this has cost us money.
