The Company told me I would NOT have to file bankruptcy to stop my foreclosure. They said I wouldn't pay the mortgage company for 12 months up to 24 months. Before having my first baby I called Pomco to get details of my coverage. I asked if I would be 100% covered. They assured me I would be. I was reviewing my checking account, on line, when I noticed this electronic check for $39.99 that had gone through. I called the number and along with the reference number they were able to tell me it was for an adult website subscription!! They told me they would refund the amount and stop the subscrition and I need to call my bank to report the FRAUD as well as close my account. This is so UPSETTING!! The owner of this business is a very caddy woman. On a recent visit to this spa, of which I have been a patron for a long time, I heard the owner gossiping about another client with her current client. I find this to be extremely tacky, yet not suprising from other reviews I have found on the internet. This company is TERRIBLE. I have dealt with them twice now in regards to delivering mulch and other bulk materials (rock, barkdust) and I'm absolutely sure I will never use them again. They are rude on the phone when taking orders from customers. I added minutes on a friend's go -phone" pay as you $25.00 and after this they charged my debit card for the next 10 months to auto pay his bill in the amount of 77.01 per month. I called and talked to the Manager and they said if you you use your card to make a payment one has to call and cancell card. I made it cleared that this was for one time only.
