I was scheduled to have new TV and Internet installed on Monday the 3rd. I took a half day off from work as I was told my appointment was scheduled in the morning. I waited until Noon, and then phoned the customer service. Without notice, they changed the schedule and claimed my appointment was a whole day schedule. I'm luckier than most, did receive my Perry Mason DVD's, but many were not Perry Mason or did not play at all (disc error it said) At this point in time I have 11 discs that are not good and only about half way thru the set. I ordered the malcolm in the middle complete series. It came damaged. The box set was crushed and destroyed, dvd's lose in the case and many scratched. They are of cheap quality and already falling apart. And the dvd quality is terrible, I can see the logo of multiple stations, the show is heavily pixalated and with poor sound quality. Antonio Carr came to our door on June 20, 2008. He seemed like a nice man but I was skeptical buying from him. I should've listened to my instincts. I setup a payment plan with a representative, then called to cancel it they SAME day I set up the payment plan. She was very nasty when I told her to cancel that payment date, and said that the whole agreement will be null and void. I said okay. Just cancel the payment and don't take my money out. I was shopping for some lighting. I saw a pendant light fixture on display marked clearance for $39.99. Sales person gave me light I took it to cash and the price was $99.99. I told the cashier it was marked down to $39.99. I first checked into this product via the internet. I sent for the free-trial 14 tablets, got them 5-6 days later and got atomatically signed up for shipment-There was nothing listed in the intranet add stating this. Today a manager allowed an employee to walk away from me without serving me because I had reported her for bad service. You don't give customers bad soda over and over again then stop serving them everytime they come back. Last staw! I requested a refill and the employee walked away and asked the manager (Stacey) to help me. The manager would not tell me why the employee would not serve me and I told her that that was bad customer service and employees should not be allowed to disregard a request made by a customer. What a RIP! This company advertised and I fell for it, a product for weight loss and health for a free trial. They sent me two orders (I did not intend to get but one) and charged me for my free trial a total of $83.70. The idea was to try it for free and then order and pay $41.85 which comes automatically every month. My employer provided us Wyndham Vacation Resort Get up and Go certificates as a promotion. These certificates are supposed to proved a 3 day 2 night stay at one of 13 resorts around the country. I chose Anaheim. You must apply for the certificate within a time frame. You then have to reserve at least 60 days in advance and finally you have to pay $60 up front. We purchased a 'mini' bulldog last year and we too thought that he would end up being much smaller. He is a little over a year old and is 59 lbs. Although he doesn't have the typical normal size English Bulldog stature, he isn't a miniature by far. When I disputed the charge, they said it's for 'Graphic Design'. I drill jars & vases by the thousands with almost 4 years experience. I purchased a very expensive diamond drill bit from Advantage Drills, Inc. due to the claimed better performance and longer life. A man called Morgan had me sign a contract kind of and them he send me e-mails every day making sure I have not backed out of the deal and a week later. I recieved a couple money orders totalling 2, 000.00 dollars. He told me to keep 10% of that money and send the rest to an address.
