Rapidshare premium service is horrible. When I first joined they had 25gb for 5 days then they increased it to 10gb a day, which was great. But at the end of October, it's been reduced to 2.7gb a day and they still charge you the same price. They claim that this is an improvement! I want consumers to know that the mytreat gift card offered at this time of year for a Christmas gift is a rip off. My girls received one each 2 years ago and have been saving it for a special occasion. That time had come only to find out the balance is gone on monthly charges. I feel prey to this company right out of college. They promise that you will make $500.00 or more a week. I was there for only 3 weeks and made a total of $200.00. It was a final straw when they convinced me to go on a business trip for a week to a small town near Springfield. They got us this cheap hotel room that I had to share with 2 other people that I just met. I had to share a bed with a total stranger. They didn't pay for my gas to go down there, meals, or anything. Apparently I'm not alone based on the complaints I found on the Internet. It's very simple, on May 20, 2008, I purchased a CD of the Oberon Media game called "Big City Adventure-San Francisco. I was charged but it has never been delivered. I have emailed their customer service many times, with responses of all false promises such as "we're having problems with our CDs..." or someone will get back to you within 12 days. Lack of communication/information/warning given to patient (minor) or parents of patient before or after surgery regarding extreme swelling to penis caused by dressing being wrapped tight around scrotum following surgical procedure for a hydrocele. I signed up and was mis lead on three different things. First: I was told that I could rent out the spaces I had just purchased and this of course is untrue. Second: I was told that there would be no credit card in my name, this turned up to be a lie as well. I actualy called the fraud department because I believed my identity had been stolen. I took my car into Domestic Auto for a check engine light. I have to trust that what they told me needed to be fixed, was really what the problem was. My check engine light is no longer on. The reason I question if what they charged me for is really true is because they always do a “final inspection" of your car to alert you to other problems. I agree with all these complaints - people-- don't waste your money! This company is horrible to deal with. I received a call from First Universal Lending after filling out a form on the internet with Lending Tree. After speaking with the person at 1st Univ.
