This is absolutely a scam - the person sending this email is setting you up to join a pool of entrants into a lottery draw - which of course will cost you money payable to him / her. I am definitely not the type of person who complains about anything, but my recent experience with Puppy Love was so horrible that I want to get the word out. I took my Jeep Cherokee to Fletcher's Tire and Auto on 90th street in Scottsdale on for several issues including a check engine light and a "shaky" front end at higher driving speeds. Downloaded free trial program. It does diagnosis, then says you must purchase full copy to remove spyware. Purchased full version, downloaded it. It is the same as the free trial version, and gives me the same message that I need tp purchase. Contacted the company using their only provision, of email. All I get is an autoresponder with a link to frequently asked questions. Answer is not there.
