RCN is the worst cable company service I have ever had to deal with. Not only are their tech support people incompetent, they barely spoke English. I had service activated 9/21/2008 and had decent picture quality and internet service. I started to experience trouble in around 10-10-2008 where my picture went in and out and my internet stopped working. I am a Loyal Customer of AL-FUTTAIM ENTERPRISES.. I also ensure my car is always sent to them for service on regular intervals.. I have faced severe Service Issues with them. Bought the software and tried to load. It failed after 3 hours of trying. I went to their internet customer service. After 1-1/2 hours still nothing. I said I wanted a refund. Love Beal and Nixon started garnishment on my wages then several weeks later I received the notice of garnishment. I asked them to verify 2 credit card debts and they only verified one but are now billing me for 2 differenct cards. The original balance on one was $2500 and the other $5000. They are now garnsihing my wages for almost $600 a month for what they say I owe $17, 000 for the $5000 and over $4000 on the other. I ordered 3 hats back in March, and after 2 weeks of not receiving a tracking number or confirmation I emailed them. They claimed they were busy and tracking numbers would be given shortly. A month later, I finally receive the hats, but 2 out of 3 of them are not the correct hat that I ordered. I emailed them again and told them the problem, and they said they would exchange them for the right hats. After paying shipping to send them back, they never returned the proper hats, and have not returned an email.
