Madison's Who's Who will not stop calling me. I spoke with them once and told them I was not interested. This was a year and a half ago. Since then I have told 5 different representatives to take me off of the call list. Still I get calls at 6 in the morning until 9:30 at night. Every time I get the same thing..."Oh sorry, can I get your name and number so that we make sure this doesn't happen anymore?" Then about three days later, I get another phone call. The ULTA beauty coupons are false and very misleading. They exclude "Prestige" products but you don't know until you get there that nearly every product in their store is "Prestige". I ordered and paid for a three-cannon kit in August 2008. Weeks later after repeated attempts to contact them they finally sent the two kits they had in stock. The third kit, they claimed, was on back order. It is now November 10, 2008. Additional emails queries as to the status my remaining item status has been ignored, and phone calls have not been returned. I have now sent a message requesting a refund for the unsupplied portion of my order... no response yet. We hired a car from this company for one week from 15th to 22nd October and we have still not had a refund of the bond money. Each time I contact them, I am given a mobile number to contact regarding the refund but I cannot get through on it. It just goes to a message asking me to try again later. This OSP Communications placed a call on my phone that was on away in florida. No one was in the home at the time and it appeared on my Embarq phone bill. Embarq will not reverse the charges only put a dispute on the bill for 30 days. I don't understand why they cannot reverse the charges back to OSP????? I am a professional photographer and have been for 21 years. I ordered 2 Nikon D700 cameras, a hand grip battery pack (attachable to the camera), and 1 extra battery for the camera. Oneway photo did a "bait and switch". The camera price changed after thee advertised price. I get the sense that the phone companies strategically design their voicemail prompts in such a way that they get more airtime or long distance charges. Did a contract with Payment Alliance to accept credit cards 2.5 years ago and have had nothing but problems with customer service from the beginning. They will hang up on you if they don't feel like helping. if you try to change anything on your account(address, ect.) it takes multiple calls(and weeks) to get it done properly. Did not get our room cleaned until 5pm. after we asked. Manager was very rude, told us it was "our fault" because we hung a do not disturb sign up. WE DID NOT. When I called TripRes to make reservations they stated cancellations prior to 14 days would be $50, but when I called to cancel they stated it would be $50 dollars per person per room, I had 2 rooms with 2 persons each room . The experience we had at this restaurant over the weekend was the worst we have ever experienced. We were accused of lying about saying they hadn't put sour cream on our item that was ordered. Then when they realized they were wrong they said that it was our fault that we had never ordered it in the first place, which we had. We purchased with MRI in Romania and made it clear from the onset that we had a deposit, which we paid but would need a Romanian mortgage to complete.
