I tracked down the owners information from the AZ Secretary of State. I have called and left messages for him regarding my issue and he will not call me back. People from this company have been calling my house wanting to speak with someone I don't even know. They make no secret of the fact they are a collection agency and are calling to try to settle a debt. I have spoken with some of their collectors on three different occasions now, and have told them each time that the person they are trying to reach is not at this number. They are usually very rude, acting as if they don't believe me (one of them even hung up on me), and they continue to call. I just received a letter in the mail from Salute Visa - Notice of Termination of Card Program; stating that they "regretfully inform me that we are discontinuing Salute Vas Gold program. This company displayed a certain price per quantity of the product "Greenies" on their website. I purchased 14 boxes containing 19 Greenies each for the total price of $320 ... for a total of 266 Greenies. In 2007 of April, my car was making a strange noise, so I took in to the Avis Ford service. I was informed that had an engine knock. I brought my grandson's new suit to Peter's for the pants to be let out two inches. Instead of letting it out, they took it in two inches and cut the fabric inside. When I brought it to their attention because it was written on the ticket that it was to be let out two inches, they asked if I would give the seamstress a chance to fix it. Attempting to fix it, they completely ruined the pants to a $300 suit. I got a pool from them, and it isn't what they said it was. I got the upgrade from the $395 pool as well. No chemicals, just a gallon of bleach a week. NOT! Frontier Airlines offered and I opened my account with Barclay Bank about 2 years ago at about 16%. I was late on a payment one time about a year ago and they raised my APR to 18%. Hello - Free samples for any acai product are a scam. Once you receive the goods, none of the phone numbers work to cancel, and if they do, they say they will cancel and refund and then they dont. You will be billed a monthly charge plus shipping and handling. The only way to stop getting charged is to cancel your credit card. It will be hard to dispute, because you need to provide proof that you canceled, and since you cant get through to any of these companies, you cant prove you tried to cancel.
