MIDNIGHT TOWING SERVICE Towed my car from apt stating it was blocking the lane. I park there everyday.It was not blocking anyones car or road. They showed me my car's picture which did not show whether my car was blocking anything. My 3 neighbors also had similar things happened to them in past 3 months. I have been getting the run around from Heritage Warranty Solutions for over a year and a half. Service was provided, a proper clam was made, call after call gave me numerous phone numbers to call, finally talked to a real person who asked me to fax information to them, bad fax number, then correct number. ATT - changed my plan without any communications and when I cancelled all services with ATT they argued that I would have to pay for a phone that wasn't working and that the minutes were used Here is the bizarre part of the whole incident. While on the tele with the ATT representative on 3 occaisions we called the cell to see if anyone answered the cell. I had the cell in my hand and it never rang nor did anyone answer the cell.
