Have bought numerous prepaid phone cards to call internationally, usually for £5. The card claims hundreds of minutes to landlines, and less for mobiles. The truth is they give you around 1/5th the time they state. Furthermore, if you use a few minutes and then try to use the card a week later, the card has become redundant- claims that there is no more credit, which is IMPOSSIBLE as I have only used about 12 minutes, even when the card states that it will expire between 30-90 days from first use (depending on company). I recently purchased an account on the Nextag.com website. I never received a confirmation email, so I contacted them to make sure all was well. I guess not, as they have no record of me purchasing this account (to the tune of $391.00) and I was told to contact their accounts division. I recently worked for BL&C and after I left the company, they started sending me bills telling me I owed them over $3500 for cancelled policies. Stuart Allen & Assoc. are the ones calling and sending me letters. I have asked multiple times for them to send me proof that these clients cancelled and they won't respond to me. I know that when agents leave Bankers, they have other agents & managers go out to the clients and cancel the old policies and rewrite new ones...they trained me to do this when i was working with them. One week after I purchased a used vehicle from Mission Chrysler Jeep I was contacted by the salesman who asked me to return to the dealership. The Finance Manager inputted the wrong VIN number and we had to redo the paperwork. He stated for my trouble Mission would give me $100. Have never seen it! When I questioned the Finance Mgr he stated he didn't know anything about it! I have made numerous attempts to collect "6" outstanding invoice's that docuserv contracted me out to do. Docuserv owes me $560. 00 to date. These invoices are from 6/27/07-5/15/08. Johnny Antonelli, Docuserv (714-277-5811) has emailed stating the nature of the mortgage industry and its meltdown from 2007 has caused docuserv to not pay their notaries. Went to a cooking seminar that they called me about saying they recieved my name from a Bridal show I went to in 2007. They steal hours from students that have rightfully earned them and gave those hours to a student who can not show up to school on time, who wont do anything to help out and is completely irresponsable. ATT sucks!!! Well, at least their DSL service does... I should have known better since I'd already had issues with them a long time ago but decided to give them a second chance.
